I am sharing this month because transparency forces me to be clear about what is working and what is still fragile.
In month six, we improved booking reliability and multilingual quality, but I also learned that onboarding clarity matters as much as model quality.
The biggest lesson for me: if setup takes too long, even a strong product will be judged as hard to use.
Our next priority is tighter onboarding and better visibility into weekly conversion metrics for each business account.
