Getting a real phone number? One honest recharge.
Needed only if your agent has a real phone number. Covers your dedicated number + 1 concurrent call line, 30-day validity, billed in advance. Calls themselves are billed from credits. Think of it like any telecom line rental — because that's literally what it is; we pass the telco cost through with a small margin. Chat-only and WhatsApp-only agents don't need it.
If a recharge lapses, the agent pauses and your number is held for 15 days before release.
