That is the whole price list, and the rest of this page shows you the arithmetic.

Most AI calling platforms resell you telephony and AI minutes with their margin folded invisibly inside a single per-minute rate. Dvaarik does not. You hold the accounts, the providers invoice you at their own published rates, and Dvaarik adds 0% to any of them.

Credits are prepaid, never expire and are not refundable. A top-up carries a payment-processing fee of 3% on rupee payments and 5% on dollar payments, and no other Dvaarik fee.

The table above prices a single call minute on the providers you picked. At standard input rates, the AI brain accounts for ₹0.512 of it and the Dvaarik platform fee for ₹0.50. Dvaarik charges no monthly fee; your phone number rental and applicable taxes are separate.
How this estimate is calculated
Each example call lasts 3 minutes and uses 58,000 total input tokens and 1,000 output tokens including thinking. Speech uses 1 minute of recognition audio and 300 synthesis characters per call minute, converted at an illustration rate of ₹96 to the US dollar. Totals are calculated from unrounded values. Number rental, extra AI work and taxes are separate.
Off here means the standard input rate with no implicit-cache discount assumed. Google's implicit caching is automatic and separate. It may already reduce cost while explicit caching is off, so the OFF column here is a standard-input baseline rather than a promise that no discount applies.
Occasional calls, changing scripts or poor reuse can cost more with caching on than off.
Provider rates checked 9 September 2026. Plivo bills India domestic calls at ₹0.38 a minute in 30-second blocks, and the Dvaarik fee is charged in 30-second steps too, so a short call is not rounded up to a whole minute by either. Telnyx and Twilio accounts connect the same way and bill at their own rates.
Short calls are charged as short calls
Dvaarik charges a call in 30-second steps, at ₹0.25 a step, so a quick call is not rounded up to a full minute. Plivo’s Indian domestic example bills in 30-second blocks as well. A 61-second call is three steps on both lines, not two full minutes.
Speech and AI charges sit on top of both columns and depend on how much was actually said.

Reading the table: a 20-second call costs ₹0.25 from Dvaarik, one step. A 60-second call is two steps, and at 61 seconds a third step begins, so the fee is ₹0.75 rather than a second full minute.

Of that estimated total, ₹1,550 goes to Dvaarik and ₹4,722 goes to the provider accounts you hold. There is no monthly fee in it, and Meta’s message charges are separate.

At a ₹500 contribution per extra booking, about 13 additional bookings a month cover this example budget. Whether an AI front desk finds you that many is a question about your own missed-call volume, not about this price list.

Google stores a reusable copy of your call instructions and tools in your own account. Repeated calls can then read that copy at a lower input price.
It starts off. A cache warms after two eligible matching calls inside the current 30-minute window. It expires one hour after its last extension; continued use extends it.
Turning it off stops cache use for new calls. Storage already created stays billable until it expires, and calls already running may still be using it.
Account, model and minimum-size requirements apply. If caching is unavailable, calls simply continue at ordinary input rates. Occasional calls, changing scripts or poor reuse can cost more with caching on than off.

That works out at about ₹0.122 of brain cost per call minute instead of ₹0.512. Speech, telephony and the platform fee are unaffected. A 7,000-token cache costs ₹0.672 an hour to store.

No. There is no monthly fee, no plan and no setup fee. Phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat and the CRM all come with the account. You pay only for what you use: ₹0.50 for each minute of a call, charged in 30-second steps, and ₹0.05 for each AI text reply. A month with no calls and no replies costs nothing from Dvaarik.
No, and this is the most important thing on the page. A call has five parts: speech recognition, the AI brain, speech synthesis, telephony and the Dvaarik platform fee. Only the last one is ours. The other four are billed to you by the provider accounts you connect, at those companies' own rates, with no Dvaarik markup. On the cheapest combination shown here a three-minute call works out at roughly ₹2.01 a minute all told.
Dvaarik bills you for platform usage only: call minutes and AI replies. Your phone company — Plivo, Telnyx or Twilio — bills you for telephony and your number. Google, Sarvam, Azure or ElevenLabs bill you for the AI brain and speech, depending on which you connect. Meta bills you for WhatsApp and Instagram message charges. Dvaarik adds 0% to any of those invoices.
There is nothing to trial, because there is no plan. Signing up is free and needs no card, and a new account starts with ₹50 of free credits so your first calls and replies cost nothing. In 30-second steps. A call is rounded up to the next 30 seconds, and each step costs ₹0.25. So a 20-second call costs ₹0.25, a 60-second call ₹0.50, and a 61-second call ₹0.75 rather than two full minutes. Plivo's Indian domestic example also bills in 30-second blocks.
It is your number, bought inside your own Plivo, Telnyx or Twilio account. Plivo lists Indian domestic numbers at ₹200 a month and bills you directly. Dvaarik does not supply, resell or mark up numbers.
Credits are prepaid. You add them from ₹100, they never expire, and call minutes and AI replies are deducted as you use them. A top-up carries a 3% payment-processing fee on rupee payments and no other Dvaarik fee. Credits are not refundable. When the balance runs out, calls and AI replies pause until you add more; nothing is billed in arrears.
The same prices in US dollars: $0.0052 for each minute of a call, charged in 30-second steps, and $0.00052 for each AI reply. Credits start at $10, with a 5% payment-processing fee on dollar payments. Dvaarik works in any country your phone company and WhatsApp reach.
That is Plivo's default Indian capacity: 50 calls happening at the same moment, plus two new outbound calls a second. It is not an allowance of 50 calls a month. Provider and platform quotas apply independently.
Turning it off stops new calls using the cache. Storage that already exists stays billable in your Google account until it expires, and calls already running may still be using it. Explicit caching is off by default.
Google's implicit caching is automatic and may already be reducing your input cost while explicit caching is off. Explicit caching is something you switch on, which stores your reusable call instructions in your own Google account and adds an hourly storage charge alongside the cheaper reads. The Off column here is a standard-input baseline, not a claim that no discount ever applies.
Into your own connected Razorpay account, under Razorpay's settlement terms. A clinic's ₹300 appointment payment settles to the clinic. Dvaarik takes 0% commission on it; Razorpay's processing fees and applicable taxes still apply.
Conversations, transcripts and conversation insights are removed after 90 days. Contacts and the lead fields saved against them are not on that clock and stay in your CRM, so the durable customer record survives even though individual conversation history expires.
