Dvaarik AI provides an AI-powered receptionist service for Indian service businesses. Our platform handles customer conversations, appointment bookings, and payment collection via WhatsApp and other messaging channels.

2. Subscription & Pricing

Dvaarik AI is available at ₹999 per month. We offer a 14-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dvaarik AI only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to send spam, misleading information, or any content that violates applicable laws.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. Dvaarik AI processes your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your customer information or business records.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dvaarik AI is not liable for missed bookings, incorrect AI responses, or revenue loss resulting from service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
