What we build
What is Dvaarik AI?
Dvaarik builds custom AI voice agents for businesses. Your agent answers every call 24/7 in the caller's language, calls your ad leads back within about 60 seconds, follows up on WhatsApp, books appointments, and collects payments. We design and build it for your specific business — you tell us the problem, and it goes live in days, not months.
Is this a software tool I have to set up myself?
No. Dvaarik is a done-for-you service, not a DIY SaaS product. We run the discovery call, train the AI on your services and prices, connect your lead sources, test it with real calls, and launch it. You get a dashboard to see everything, but the building and tuning is our job.
What can the agent actually do?
Inbound: answer calls, chat on your website, respond on WhatsApp, answer questions about services and prices, check availability, and book appointments. Outbound: call your own leads and enquiries back within about 60 seconds, qualify them, and schedule follow-ups. Around the conversation: send WhatsApp confirmations and reminders, share payment links via Razorpay, and hand the customer to a human whenever needed.
What kinds of businesses do you build for?
Real estate builders and brokers, clinics and hospitals, salons and spas, restaurants and cafes, coaching and education businesses, and any SMB running Meta or Google ads where a missed call means a lost customer. If your business lives on the phone and WhatsApp, we can probably build for you.
Process and timeline
How does the process work?
Four steps. One, tell us your problem — a single WhatsApp message is enough. Two, we scope your workflow and give you a plan and a price, usually within a day. Three, we build the agent in days — trained on your business, connected to your lead sources, tested with real calls while you watch. Four, it goes live: answering, calling, booking, and collecting, with everything visible in your dashboard.
How long until my agent is live?
Days, not months. The plan and price usually come within a day of your first message. A typical first workflow — for example, ad lead comes in, AI calls within 60 seconds, WhatsApp follow-up goes out — is built and tested within a few days after that.
What do I need to give you?
Plain-language answers about your business: services, prices, common customer questions, and your working hours. Access to one lead source (a Meta or Google ad form, your website, or your CRM or sheet), and your WhatsApp Business number. We handle everything technical.
The founding offer
What is the founding client offer?
Our custom setup is normally ₹40,000. For our first 10 founding clients, setup is free. You get the full build: discovery, AI training on your business, one lead source connected, one workflow built end-to-end, your booking page, and WhatsApp confirmations from your own number.
What are the conditions of the free setup?
Two, stated plainly. First, founding clients activate with a ₹5,000 first credit top-up — that pays for the actual calls and conversations your agent handles (later top-ups start at just ₹500). Second, we ask for an honest testimonial and a short case study once the agent has been running. That is the whole deal.
Why are you giving setup away free?
We are early, and real working deployments with real results are worth more to us right now than setup fees. The founding clients get a ₹40,000 build for the cost of their own usage; we get proof. After 10 clients, setup goes to its normal price.
How do I apply?
Message us on WhatsApp describing your problem, or apply through the founding client page at www.dvaarik.com/pilot. We reply with a plan and a price, usually within a day.
Pricing and credits
How does pricing work? Is there a subscription?
No subscriptions. You pay for setup (free for the first 10 founding clients, then ₹40,000), and usage comes from prepaid credits: AI voice calls from ₹7 per minute, billed per second, and AI chat from ₹2 per conversation. There is an optional care plan from ₹5,000 per month if you want us actively maintaining and tuning the agent.
Do credits expire?
Never. Credits sit in your account until your agent uses them. You activate with a ₹5,000 first top-up; after that, top up from ₹500 whenever you like.
What happens if my credits run out?
The agent pauses gracefully — no surprise bills, no negative balance. We alert you before the balance gets low, and calls fall back to your regular phone handling until you top up. Top up and the agent resumes immediately.
How is WhatsApp billed?
At Meta's own rates, billed by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business account. We add zero markup on WhatsApp messages — you pay exactly what Meta charges, and you can see it on your own Meta invoice.
What is the care plan?
An optional monthly service from ₹5,000 per month. It covers uptime and call-quality monitoring, prompt and knowledge tuning as your business changes, a monthly performance report (calls, leads, bookings, payments), and priority WhatsApp support with the founder. It is pure service — phone lines are separate (see the phone recharge). Without the care plan your agent still runs — you just top up credits and ask for changes as needed.
Does Dvaarik take a cut of my customer payments?
Your agent collects payments through Razorpay into your account. Razorpay charges its standard gateway fee on each transaction, as it would for any business. Payment collection details are scoped per project during your discovery call, so you know the exact flow and fees before anything goes live.
Outbound calling
Is AI outbound calling legal? Is this spam?
Your agent only calls your own leads and enquiries — people who filled your ad form, called your number, or messaged your business. We never call purchased lists or cold databases, and we will not build that. The agent identifies your business on every call, respects the calling hours you set, and stops contacting anyone who asks not to be called.
How fast does the agent call my leads?
Within about 60 seconds of the lead arriving. Speed to lead is the single biggest conversion lever for ad-driven businesses — a lead called back in the first minute is dramatically more likely to convert than one called back the next morning. That first-minute callback is exactly what the agent automates.
What if a lead comes in at midnight?
The agent respects the calling hours you set. A midnight lead can get an instant WhatsApp acknowledgement, and the call goes out the moment your calling window opens in the morning.
Languages
What languages does the agent speak?
All 22 scheduled Indian languages — including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali, Marathi, and Punjabi — plus most world languages. It also handles code-mixed speech like Hinglish, Tenglish, and Tanglish, which is how most Indian customers actually talk.
Do I need to configure languages?
No. Detection is automatic and per message. A customer who starts in Telugu gets Telugu; if they switch to Hindi mid-conversation, the agent switches too. On voice, the agent responds in the language the caller speaks.
Integrations
Can you connect to my ads, CRM, or app?
Yes — that is the point of a custom build. We connect Meta lead ads, Google ads, your website forms, CRMs, Google Sheets, and custom apps or internal APIs. Your agent can read from and write to your existing systems during the conversation: check inventory, create a lead in your CRM, or update a sheet.
Do I need a website?
No. Your agent comes with its own booking page at app.dvaarik.com/your-business, works over a real phone number, and follows up on WhatsApp. If you do have a website, we add a chat and call widget with one script tag.
Can I try the AI before committing?
Yes. Our own agent is live at app.dvaarik.com/dvaarik-ai — chat with it or call it right now. It is the same technology we build on for clients.
Data and privacy
Who owns my data?
You do. Your customers, conversations, call transcripts, bookings, and payment records belong to your business. You can see everything in your dashboard and export it whenever you want. If you leave, you take your data with you.
How do you handle privacy and DPDPA?
We build in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Customer data is collected only for the purpose of serving your customers, every business's data is strictly isolated from every other business's, WhatsApp tokens are encrypted at rest, and payments run through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Data deletion requests are honoured.
