I built Dvaarik because I kept seeing the same pattern across salons, clinics, and restaurants: the owner was busy serving customers while new enquiries were going unanswered.
When I spoke with operators, the problem was never lack of effort. It was lack of a reliable front desk system that worked after hours and in multiple languages.
Dvaarik started as a practical product idea: one business link that could answer, book, remind, and collect payments without adding staffing overhead.
My mission is simple: make strong automation accessible to every Indian service business, not just large companies with big software budgets.
