We don't do a default free trial. At ₹499/month, plans are already cheaper than a single missed customer call. Instead, we run a small Pilot Program each month — 30 days free, no credit card — for a handful of Indian businesses serious about stress-testing the product and helping us make it better.
Why we don't offer a default free trial
Most SaaS companies give away the product for free to get you in the door. We don't, for three reasons:
- ₹499/month is already the price of one missed customer. A salon missing one evening booking, a clinic losing one walk-in, a CA missing one GST-filing enquiry — the cost is already more than a month of Dvaarik.
- We want partners, not tourists. Default free trials attract people who try 10 products, never commit to any, and give no real feedback. Paid customers from day one tell us what's actually broken.
- Our unit economics are tight. Every WhatsApp notification, every voice minute, every message through the AI has a real cost. At ₹499 a month across chat + bookings + payments + multilingual + widget + notifications — it's cheaper than anything comparable, paid or free.
The Pilot Program is our compromise: for a small number of businesses each month who are genuinely ready to put the product to work and share feedback, we'll give 30 days free. Everyone else subscribes from day one.
