Can Vapi be white-labelled?

Yes. Vapi's official FAQ says its API-first platform can sit inside your product without Vapi branding. The same FAQ says the integration model for multi-tenancy leaves the application logic to you. That distinction matters: white-label-capable infrastructure is not automatically a complete agency console with client roles, onboarding, plan controls, invoicing and a finished support surface.

What is the wrapper tax?

A wrapper is the product layer placed over voice infrastructure. If the underlying call stack costs X per minute and the wrapper adds Y per minute plus a monthly portal charge, your wholesale cost is X + Y + the allocated monthly charge. That may be worthwhile when the wrapper saves engineering time. It becomes a tax when it duplicates a portal, billing or workflow layer you could buy as one product. Use actual invoices, not a single advertised component rate.

When should an agency choose Vapi?

Choose Vapi when your team can build and maintain the tenant model, billing, permissions, branded dashboards and operational tooling, and when that control creates client value. Choose Dvaarik when the commercial advantage is service delivery rather than owning infrastructure code. Dvaarik also combines supported WhatsApp and Instagram delivery with the voice product, reducing the number of layers to reconcile.

Questions buyers ask before launching

Does Vapi support white-labelling?

Yes. Vapi's official FAQ says developers can embed its API-first platform without Vapi branding. It also says the developer's application logic handles multi-tenancy.

Does Vapi include a finished reseller portal?

Its official documentation positions Vapi as API-first infrastructure. An agency can build a portal or connect a separate wrapper, but should include that layer in cost and maintenance estimates.

What does Dvaarik charge partners?

There is no setup or platform monthly fee. Voice ranges from ₹1.50 to ₹3.75 per whole minute by grade, chat is ₹1 per conversation, and optional phone and Social products are each ₹1,000 per 30 days.

Is a wrapper always a bad purchase?

No. A wrapper can be good value when it replaces significant engineering and support work. Compare its full fee with the cost and strategic value of building the same client layer yourself.
