The partner plan is ₹2,000 a month whether you have one client or 1,000, and there is no fee per client. Usage costs you ₹0.30 for each call minute, in 30-second steps, and ₹0.03 for each AI text reply. Setup is ₹0, there is one card for every partner, and what you charge your own clients is your decision.

Reading the table: you buy usage at the wholesale rate and sell it at whatever you decide. Setup is ₹0 and there is no volume negotiation — one card, every partner. Outside India the same card is in US dollars: $0.0031 a call minute, $0.00031 an AI reply and a $20 partner plan.

Dvaarik charges you one way. How you price, bill and package it for your own clients is set in your partner console, per client where you want it to be.
Your prices
You set your own client price per call minute and per AI reply. The floor is the wholesale rate; the difference is yours.
How calls are billed
You choose how your clients' calls are billed: per second, per 30 seconds, per started minute. Dvaarik charges you in 30-second steps whichever you pick.
Your own AI packages
Build your own AI packages on your own AI keys and sell them at your price, or let each client connect its own AI accounts.
Your own phone company
Connect your own Plivo, Telnyx or Twilio account once and assign numbers to your clients, or let each client bring its own.
- A price you change applies to new calls and new replies. Calls already in progress settle on the price they started with.
- Changing how your clients' calls are rounded applies to new calls only.
- Your clients pay their own phone, AI and Meta providers directly unless you provide those yourself.
Work out your own numbers
Put in your client count, how much each client uses and what you would charge. The arithmetic is simple enough to check by hand: what your clients pay for usage, less the same usage at ₹0.30 a minute and ₹0.03 a reply, less the ₹2,000 plan.
Contribution is what is left before you have paid for anything of your own. It is a useful number for deciding whether a price works, and a misleading one if you read it as take-home.
The partner plan is the same price at any count. A new partner account starts with room for 100 clients and can ask for more.

This is contribution, not profit. Your own sales, support, staff, payment processing, refunds and taxes all come out of it. There is no fee per client, so a client that uses nothing costs you nothing. Phone, AI and Meta charges are paid to those providers by whoever holds the account — your client, or you if you supply them — and are not in this sum.

The plan line is the reason the first row is negative and the last is not: it is the same ₹2,000 at one client and at 1,000. A new account starts with room for 100 clients and can ask for more; the plan price does not change when it does.
What a client call costs you, and what you charge
The platform row below uses an illustrative resale of ₹1.50 a minute. Your wholesale cost is ₹0.30, so the difference is your margin. Every other row is billed by the provider account behind it — your client’s, or yours if you supply it.

The table above prices a single call minute on the providers you picked. At standard input rates, the AI brain accounts for ₹0.512 of it and the Dvaarik platform fee for ₹1.50. Dvaarik charges no monthly fee; your phone number rental and applicable taxes are separate.
How this estimate is calculated
Each example call lasts 3 minutes and uses 58,000 total input tokens and 1,000 output tokens including thinking. Speech uses 1 minute of recognition audio and 300 synthesis characters per call minute, converted at an illustration rate of ₹96 to the US dollar. Totals are calculated from unrounded values. Number rental, extra AI work and taxes are separate.
Off here means the standard input rate with no implicit-cache discount assumed. Google's implicit caching is automatic and separate. It may already reduce cost while explicit caching is off, so the OFF column here is a standard-input baseline rather than a promise that no discount applies.
Occasional calls, changing scripts or poor reuse can cost more with caching on than off.
Provider rates checked 9 September 2026. Plivo bills India domestic calls at ₹0.38 a minute in 30-second blocks, and the Dvaarik fee is charged in 30-second steps too, so a short call is not rounded up to a whole minute by either. Telnyx and Twilio accounts connect the same way and bill at their own rates.

Two payment connections, doing different jobs
Yours, for collecting from clients
You connect your own Razorpay account in the partner console. When a client adds credits, the payment goes to your account and settles to your bank, at your prices. Dvaarik takes 0% of it.
Theirs, for collecting from customers
Separately, each client business connects its own Razorpay account so that an appointment deposit or an order payment settles straight to that business. Dvaarik takes 0% commission there too; Razorpay’s processing fees and taxes still apply.
Partner price history
Dvaarik lowered its partner wholesale call price from ₹0.40 to ₹0.30 a minute on 5 October 2026. The AI reply price and the flat partner plan did not change. A call already in progress settles on the price it started with.

Only for what you choose to supply. A client that connects its own phone and AI accounts is billed by those companies directly, so that money never touches your wallet. If you supply the phone numbers or the AI through your own accounts, those providers bill you, and you price that into what you charge the client.
They are two separate things. You connect your own Razorpay account so that your clients' credit top-ups are paid to you and settle to your bank. Separately, each client business connects its own Razorpay account to collect payments from its end customers. Dvaarik takes 0% commission on either leg.

No. There is one wholesale card and every partner is on it. What varies is what you charge your own clients, which is entirely your decision above the wholesale floor.
Your client-facing domain, logo, brand colour, dashboard identity, client pages and widget origin carry your brand, and your clients' billing page names you and your prices, never your wholesale cost. Add your own Meta app and the WhatsApp and Instagram connection screens and sign-up codes carry your brand as well; without it they use the platform's shared sender. Legal, payment and provider disclosures may still name the underlying platform.
