The accounts are yours. We do the orchestration.
Your agent runs on telephony and AI accounts you open in your own name. Plivo, Google and your speech provider invoice you directly at their published rates, and Dvaarik adds nothing on top of them. What we charge for is the work between those services: routing the call, running the agent, and keeping the customer record.
You can connect, configure and test every provider before buying a plan.
What you connect
Two accounts are enough to place a phone call: Plivo for the line, and one AI account for the brain and speech. The rest are alternatives you add only if you want them.

What you choose
Three decisions shape how your agent sounds and what it costs: how it hears the caller, how it thinks, and how it speaks back. Each one is a menu, not a tier — you are picking a model, not buying a grade from us.
How it hears
Speech recognition
Sarvam — Saaras v3₹0.500
Azure Speech₹1.600
ElevenLabs — Scribe v2 Realtime₹0.624

Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite
6 supported Gemini models, on the Google account you connect. Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite is the default and the one every cost example on this site is priced against.
Newer Gemini models are offered at introductory rates that end on 31 December 2026. Cost examples here use Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite standard rates.
How it speaks
Speech synthesis
Google Cloud Standard₹0.115
Google Cloud WaveNet₹0.115
Google Chirp 3 HD₹0.864Azure Speech Neural₹0.432
Azure Speech Dragon HD
Sarvam Bulbul v3₹0.900
Prices shown are per call minute at this site’s illustration assumptions — one minute of recognition audio and 300 synthesis characters per call minute, converted at ₹96 to the dollar. Provider rates were checked 9 September 2026, and your invoice follows your own account rates rather than these. Language coverage follows whichever providers you pick, so choose them for the languages your customers actually speak.
One setting worth understanding
Google stores a reusable copy of your call instructions and tools in your own account. Repeated calls can then read that copy at a lower input price.
In the dashboard it reads “Enable explicit Gemini caching for voice calls”, and it starts off. A cache warms after two eligible matching calls inside the current 30-minute window. It expires one hour after its last extension; continued use extends it.
Turning it off stops cache use for new calls. Storage already created stays billable until it expires, and calls already running may still be using it.
When it helps, and when it does not
- An outbound campaign where a hundred calls share one script is the case it was built for.
- A busy reception desk running the same instructions all day will also reuse a warm cache.
- Occasional calls, changing scripts or poor reuse can cost more with caching on than off.
Google's implicit caching is automatic and separate. It may already reduce cost while explicit caching is off, so the OFF column here is a standard-input baseline rather than a promise that no discount applies.
Compare a call minute with it on and offThe number is yours too
You buy your number inside your own Plivo account, and Plivo bills you for it. Dvaarik does not supply, resell or mark up numbers, which also means you keep the number if you ever stop using us.
50 simultaneous calls is Plivo's Indian default capacity, not an allowance of 50 free calls. Provider and platform quotas apply independently.
Browser calls have no domestic PSTN leg, so Plivo's domestic per-minute charge does not apply to them.

So what do we charge for?
The work between your accounts. Answering on your number, running the agent, holding the knowledge and the CRM, booking the appointment, sending the payment link, and writing the result back to the customer record. That is ₹1,500 a month per plan and ₹0.3 for each started call minute — and 0% of anything your providers invoice you.
0% is the Dvaarik share. Razorpay processing fees, Meta template charges, provider invoices and applicable taxes are still payable to those companies directly.
Questions about the accounts
Because it makes the price checkable. When a platform resells you telephony and AI inside one per-minute rate, you cannot see what the underlying services cost or what margin sits on top, and you cannot leave without losing the account. Holding them yourself means Plivo, Google and your speech provider invoice you at their own published rates, you can read those invoices, and you keep the accounts if you ever stop using Dvaarik.
A monthly plan at ₹1,500 and ₹0.30 for each started minute of a call, plus ₹0.10 per website-chat conversation window. That is the orchestration: routing the call, running the agent, holding the CRM, and doing the work between your providers. Dvaarik adds 0% to any provider invoice.
You need two to make a phone call: Plivo for telephony, and one AI account for the brain and speech. Google Cloud can cover both the brain and speech synthesis with a single service-account file. Sarvam, Azure and ElevenLabs are alternatives you add only if you want their particular recognition or voices. You can connect, configure and test all of it before buying a plan.
Encrypted, scoped to your business, and never shown again once saved. You enter card details only on the provider's own website, never in Dvaarik.
Supported Google Gemini models, on the Google account you connect. Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite is the default and the model every cost example on this site is priced against. Newer models are available at introductory rates that end on 31 December 2026, so treat those prices as temporary.
It stores a reusable copy of your call instructions in your own Google account so repeated calls can read them at a lower input price. It is off by default and it is worth it when many calls share the same script, such as an outbound campaign. Occasional calls or a script you keep changing can cost more with it on than off, because the cache carries an hourly storage charge of its own.
You do, inside your own Plivo account. Plivo lists Indian domestic numbers at ₹200 a month and bills you for them directly. Dvaarik does not supply, resell or mark up numbers.
That provider stops serving requests, exactly as it would for any other application you run on it. Because the account is yours, you top it up on that provider's own dashboard and service resumes. Dvaarik cannot spend on your behalf and never holds those funds.
