For MSPs and telecom resellers · Updated 4 Aug 2026

Add an AI receptionist to your managed-service stack.

A white label AI receptionist lets MSPs and telecom resellers add recurring voice and messaging services without paying per-seat or per-client platform overhead. The Dvaarik partner plan is ₹2,000 a month at any client count; wholesale usage is ₹0.30 a call minute in 30-second steps and ₹0.03 an AI reply. New accounts start with 100 client slots and 5 concurrent calls, with higher limits reviewed on request.

Where does AI reception fit in an MSP portfolio?

Offer after-hours answering, call qualification, appointment booking and missed-call recovery next to connectivity, support and unified communications. Add WhatsApp, Instagram or the website widget where a client needs digital intake.

How do capacity limits work?

A new partner starts with a 100-client cap and 5 concurrent calls. There is no channel fee: phone numbers and simultaneous-call capacity come from the Plivo, Telnyx or Twilio account you or your client connect. Ask Dvaarik to review larger limits before a rollout.

How can the reseller package revenue?

Combine a one-time configuration fee, a monthly managed-service fee and a usage allowance. Set your client price per call minute and per AI reply, and choose how client calls are rounded; Dvaarik deducts wholesale usage from the shared partner wallet.

What geographic limits should sales teams disclose?

Dvaarik supplies no phone numbers in any market: local numbers depend on the Plivo, Telnyx or Twilio account you or your client connect. Web voice, WhatsApp, Instagram and the widget work globally. Make the channel distinction explicit in proposals for overseas clients.

What do partners ask before they start?

The default cap starts at 100 client accounts. Ask Dvaarik to review and raise the cap as your rollout grows; do not assume an unlimited default. The partner plan price does not change with the count.

The partner account defaults to 5 concurrent calls. There is no channel fee: simultaneous-call capacity also depends on the limits of the phone company account you or your client connect. Ask Dvaarik to review a higher limit before a large rollout.

Numbers come from the Plivo, Telnyx or Twilio account you or your client connect, so availability, price and KYC follow that phone company’s coverage in that country. Check with the phone company before promising a local number. Web voice, WhatsApp, Instagram and the website widget can serve clients globally without a phone number.

Yes. Set your own client price per call minute and per AI reply in the partner price book, and add any managed-service fee through your own billing process. Dvaarik meters wholesale usage; client top-ups can be collected through your own Razorpay account and settle to your bank.

No. Partner access has no minimum client count, no fee per client and no lock-in. The one fixed cost is the ₹2,000 monthly partner plan, free for its first 15 days. Usage is prepaid from a shared wallet with a ₹100 minimum top-up and a 3% payment-processing fee.
