How does the margin formula work?
Monthly revenue equals clients × (minutes per client × your resale price per minute + your optional bundle). Modelled usage cost equals clients × minutes per client × ₹2. Gross profit is revenue minus that usage cost; gross margin is gross profit divided by revenue.
