Honest comparison
TeleCMI vs Dvaarik: ₹734/user/mo vs ₹2/min
TeleCMI sells cloud telephony — a business phone system, cloud PBX and contact centre software your team operates, priced per user, per month. Dvaarik builds one AI agent that holds the conversation itself, priced per minute. Both are real answers to different questions. Every TeleCMI figure below was read on telecmi.com on 26 Jul 2026.

Search intent
If you searched TeleCMI, TeleCMI pricing or a TeleCMI alternative, read this first
Most people who land here are solving one of two different problems and the search results blur them together. The first problem is "my team needs a proper phone system" — a business number, IVR, call routing, recording, call detail records, a dialler for the outbound desk, CRM writebacks, a supervisor view. That is exactly what TeleCMI sells, across three products it prices separately on one page: Business Phone System, Cloud PBX and Contact Center CX. It is telephony infrastructure, sold per user, per month, that your staff operate. The second problem is "calls are going unanswered and I do not want to hire for it" — the phone rings after hours, ad enquiries go cold before anyone calls back, WhatsApp piles up. That is what Dvaarik builds: one custom AI agent that handles the conversation itself, with no seats to buy and no dashboard for your team to live in. TeleCMI does also sell an AI Voice Agent, so the two genuinely overlap at that one point — but their pricing FAQ states that AI features are available on Premium and Enterprise plans only, and both of those read "Get Your Custom Quote", so there is no published rate to compare against our ₹2/min. Where we can compare cleanly is the telephony they publish: ₹734 per user, per month with a minimum of 3 users; ₹5,250 per month flat for Cloud PBX BASIC covering up to 10 users; ₹1,259 per user, per month with a minimum of 4 users for Contact Center CX BASIC — all read on telecmi.com/pricing on 26 Jul 2026.
- Choose TeleCMI if you have or want a calling team, and the job is to give those people numbers, IVR, routing, recording, dialling, analytics and CRM integration on a certified, licensed platform with a support organisation behind it.
- Choose Dvaarik if the job is to have the conversation handled without a person — inbound after hours, speed-to-lead callbacks, WhatsApp and Instagram replies, bookings and payment links — built around your workflow and billed per minute rather than per seat.
- Compare on the right axis. Their ₹0.69p/min and ₹0.59/min figures are call carriage on a Cloud PBX or contact centre plan, not the price of an AI conversation. Setting those against our ₹2/min would be comparing a phone line to an agent, and we would rather say so than run the arithmetic.
The 60-second verdict
TeleCMI's only openly published India per-user price is ₹734 per user, per month for the Business Phone System BASIC plan, on a card that also states "Minimum 3 Users" — read on telecmi.com/pricing on 26 Jul 2026 with the currency toggle on its INR default. Their Cloud PBX BASIC is ₹5,250 per month flat for up to 10 users, 10 channels and 5,000 free minutes, after which the card lists a call cost of ₹0.69p/min, and Contact Center CX BASIC is ₹1,259 per user, per month with "Minimum 4 Users" and a call cost of ₹0.59/min. Every PREMIUM and ENTERPRISES tier across all three product tabs reads "Get Your Custom Quote". The number that matters most for anyone comparing them to us is not on a pricing card at all: their own pricing FAQ states that "AI features like AI Voice Agent and AI Assist are available in Premium and Enterprise plans only. Custom AI options are also available on request." Both of those tiers are quote-only. So TeleCMI does publish real, checkable per-user rupee prices for its telephony — more transparency than most of this market gives you — but it publishes no price for the AI voice agent, and routing that through a sales conversation is a normal and legitimate way to sell a platform product to enterprises. Dvaarik is priced the other way round: ₹2 per minute for voice from the very first minute, no subscription, no per-user seats, no minimum volume and no lock-in, with the custom build at ₹40,000 and currently free for our 10 founding clients. The two are also not the same category. TeleCMI is telephony infrastructure — numbers, IVR, routing, call recording, CDR, auto-dialling, CRM integrations, agent and supervisor logins your team sits in all day. Dvaarik does not sell any of that. We build one agent that answers, qualifies, books and follows up on its own across voice, WhatsApp, Instagram, bookings and payment links. If you have a calling team, TeleCMI is the product and we are not a substitute. If you are trying not to need one, that is where we compete.
TeleCMI is a serious, long-established Indian cloud telephony company and for a large part of the market it is simply the safer buy. Their about page states the company was founded in 2016, holds ISO 27001:2013 certification and a VNO licence obtained in 2022, runs "7+ Global Data Centers", claims "99.99% Uptime" and covers "85+ Countries", with a team scaled past 100 by 2025. Their pricing page displays HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2, SOC 3, GDPR and HITRUST badges under "Built on a secure and reliable platform" and advertises "Integrate seamlessly with 170+ CRMs". Their homepage names Hyundai Mobis, Porter, Bitdefender and Foundit as customer success stories and states they are trusted by over 3,500 businesses globally. They have offices in Chennai, Noida, Bangalore and Villupuram, published integration pages for Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Freshworks, Freshdesk, LeadSquared, Kylas, Clinicea, Neodove, NoPaperForms and RSoft, a product user manual and an FAQ library, and a pricing FAQ that states plainly "No. All TeleCMI plans, including the trial, come with zero setup fees" and "no long-term contracts or hidden charges". If you have a sales or support team on the phones, if procurement needs a vendor with certifications, if you are running multiple sites or need desk phones, skill-based routing, auto-dialling and deep CRM integration, buy TeleCMI. We do not sell a phone system and we would be the wrong answer. Dvaarik is the other shape of the problem. We are a one-founder studio that builds a single custom AI agent per business, live in days, where the agent itself holds the conversation — answering after hours, calling a new enquiry back within about 60 seconds, replying on WhatsApp and Instagram, locking a booking slot and sending a payment link — across 22+ Indian languages plus code-mixed speech. We charge ₹2/min from the first minute with no plan, no seats and no minimum volume, and we publish that rate on the site rather than behind a form. The honest line between the two is this: TeleCMI gives your people much better tools for the calls, and prices those tools openly per user, per month. We try to make a chunk of those calls not need a person, and price that per minute. Where TeleCMI's own AI voice agent competes with ours directly, we cannot tell you what it costs, because they do not publish it — you would need to ask them, and that is a fair thing for them to do.
Feature by feature
Dvaarik AI vs TeleCMI
| Feature | Dvaarik AI | TeleCMI |
|---|---|---|
| What you are actually buying | One custom AI agent, built for your business and live in days. No phone system, no seats, no supervisor dashboard, no dialler for your staff. The agent handles voice calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, bookings and payment links as one brain, and we run it with you afterwards. | Cloud telephony infrastructure, sold as three separately priced products on one page: Business Phone System, Cloud PBX and Contact Center CX. Their site also publishes pages for Contact Center AX, Conversational AI, AI Assist, Auto-Dialer, IVR, call recording, skill-based and time-based routing, call queue, call monitoring, webhooks and agent and supervisor logins. This is a platform your team operates. Read on telecmi.com/pricing and their sitemap, 26 Jul 2026. |
| The published India price you can act on today | ₹2/min for voice on the Bharat Standard tier — our permanent base rate, not a founding discount, with simple per-minute billing on whole minutes. Studio HD ₹3/min, global voices ₹4–5/min, ultra realtime ₹10/min, call recording +₹0.10/min, chat ₹2 per conversation. Published on the site, no form. | Genuinely published, and more openly than most of this market: Business Phone System BASIC at ₹734 per user, per month with a stated minimum of 3 users; Cloud PBX BASIC at ₹5,250 per month flat for up to 10 users; Contact Center CX BASIC at ₹1,259 per user, per month with a stated minimum of 4 users — currency toggle on its INR default. Every PREMIUM and ENTERPRISES tier on all three tabs reads "Get Your Custom Quote". Read on telecmi.com/pricing, 26 Jul 2026. |
| Where the AI voice agent sits in the price list | There is no other product. The agent is the thing you are buying, and ₹2/min is its rate from the first minute. Nothing is gated behind a tier, because there are no tiers. | Above the only published price. Their pricing FAQ answers "Do your plans include AI capabilities?" with: "AI features like AI Voice Agent and AI Assist are available in Premium and Enterprise plans only. Custom AI options are also available on request." Both of those tiers are "Get Your Custom Quote", so the AI has no published rupee price. Quote-only pricing is a normal way to sell an enterprise platform — it just means you cannot price-compare it from the website. |
| Priced per seat or per minute | Per minute, from a single prepaid credit balance. Nobody logs in, so there is nothing to count. If your agent takes 400 calls in a month or 4, you pay for the minutes it actually spoke. | Per user, per month for two of the three products — "user/month" is the literal unit on the Business Phone System and Contact Center CX cards. Cloud PBX BASIC is the exception at a flat ₹5,250 per month for up to 10 users and 10 channels. Per-seat pricing is the right model when you are equipping people; it is a different shape when the whole point is not to add people. |
| Minimum users and money to begin | Minimum first credit load ₹10,000, billed ₹11,800 with 18% GST added at the point of loading credits. Month one debits ₹2,000 for the phone number (₹2,000 per 30 days, auto-debited from credits) and ₹5,000 for the Care Plan at the founding rate, leaving roughly ₹3,000 for calls and chats. Later top-ups from ₹500. | Lower, and there is a free trial. Their cards carry "Minimum 3 Users" on Business Phone System BASIC and "Minimum 4 Users" on Contact Center CX BASIC — on those published per-user figures that works out to ₹2,202/month and ₹5,036/month respectively as an entry point. That multiplication is our arithmetic on TeleCMI's published numbers, not a figure they print. Their FAQ also states all plans come with zero setup fees. |
| What "Unlimited Calling" means | Nothing is unlimited and we do not use the word. You pay ₹2 for each minute the agent actually speaks, whole-minute billing, and unused credit stays as credit rather than lapsing at month end. | An asterisk that points at a real, readable policy — which is more than many vendors give you. Their Fair Usage Policy states that the India "Business Voice - Basic" plan "has a limit of one thousand (1,000) minutes per user for each calendar month", and the Premium plan two thousand (2,000) minutes per user, with international calls excluded from the limit and "charged per minute". For a human team, 1,000 minutes per person per month is a generous allowance. Read on telecmi.com/fup, 26 Jul 2026. |
| Setup fee | ₹40,000 for the custom build — currently free for our 10 founding clients, in return for the Care Plan's first 3 months at the founding rate of ₹5,000/month (list ₹12,000) and an honest testimonial plus a short case study after go-live. That is the whole trade, stated plainly rather than in fine print. | None, stated flatly. Their pricing FAQ answers "Is there a setup fee for any plan?" with: "No. All TeleCMI plans, including the trial, come with zero setup fees." On this line they are unambiguously the cheaper start, and we would rather print that than skip past it. |
| Minimum term and what happens if you stop | No subscription at all, so there is nothing to cancel. Credits never expire and at a zero balance everything pauses gracefully instead of billing you. Founding clients do commit to the Care Plan for the first 3 months at ₹5,000/month; it is optional from month 4. | No long-term contract, but a recurring per-user monthly subscription that has to keep running for the phones to work. Their FAQ says: "Yes, you can switch between plans based on your business needs—no long-term contracts or hidden charges." That is fair and flexible for a platform product. The difference is structural rather than a criticism: theirs is a monthly bill per seat, ours is a balance you draw down. |
| Who builds and tunes the agent | We do. The founder personally scopes, builds, tests on real calls and tunes your agent, then keeps tuning it under the Care Plan. You describe the problem in your own words; you configure nothing and administer nothing. | Not published. Their AI Voice Agent page carries no pricing, no build process and no onboarding detail — the two calls to action are "Start Free Trial" and "Book Free Demo", and their Business Phone System Enterprises tier lists "Dedicated Account Manager". A platform of that size will have an implementation path; it is simply not on the public page, so ask them how the agent gets built and who tunes it after go-live. |
| Languages, and what each side publishes | 22+ Indian languages including all 22 scheduled languages, plus code-mixed speech — Hinglish, Tenglish, Tanglish — on the ₹2/min base rate, with global voices at ₹4–5/min where a business genuinely takes international calls. We publish which languages and what each tier costs, and we will run a real call in your language mix before you commit. | Not published on the pages we could read. Their AI Voice Agent page is rendered client-side and, as served to us on 26 Jul 2026, contained no language list, no language count and no price — only capability copy and the two trial and demo buttons. We are not going to guess at it or repeat a number we could not confirm: a platform of their scale will have a language list, so ask them for it directly and open the page in a browser yourself. This row is about what is published, not about what their AI can do. |
| Scale, uptime and compliance posture | A one-founder studio. No SLA document, no certifications, no data-centre estate, no 24/7 support desk. What you get instead is direct access to the person who built your agent, on WhatsApp, and changes shipped the same week. For some buyers that is exactly right and for others it is disqualifying. | Substantially stronger, and this is a real advantage rather than a courtesy. Their about page states founded 2016, "7+ Global Data Centers", "99.99% Uptime", "85+ Countries", ISO 27001:2013 certification and a VNO licence obtained in 2022, and a team scaled past 100 by 2025. Their pricing page displays HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2, SOC 3, GDPR and HITRUST badges. Their homepage names Hyundai Mobis, Porter, Bitdefender and Foundit as customer success stories. If procurement or compliance has to sign off, that file is already built. |
| Channels beyond the phone | One agent across voice, WhatsApp from your own business number with coexistence, Instagram DM auto-reply and comment-to-DM rules, booking with slot-locking and reminders, and payment links mid-conversation with no commission. Meta bills your own WhatsApp account directly and we add zero markup — you can verify that on your own Meta invoice. | Broad on business communication, and we could not confirm the social and commerce pieces. Their published pages include Conversational AI, AI Assist, real-time transcription, sentiment analysis and post-call analytics, and their Fair Usage Policy sets per-user monthly text-message allowances with a stated overage. Searching their public pages and sitemap on 26 Jul 2026 we found no Instagram DM automation, no comment-to-DM rules, no slot-locking booking flow, no payment-link capability and no published WhatsApp rate card — that is what our search returned, not a statement about what they can build for you. |
Pick Dvaarik when
Dvaarik is the better choice
- You are trying not to add headcount at all. TeleCMI's two per-user products are priced and shaped around people who take calls — "user/month", with stated minimums of 3 and 4 users. Our agent is the thing answering, so there are no seats to buy, and the bill scales with conversations rather than staff.
- You want a rate for the AI you can read before you talk to anyone. Ours is ₹2/min from the very first minute, published, with no subscription, no minimum volume and no lock-in. Their AI Voice Agent sits on Premium and Enterprise, both of which read "Get Your Custom Quote".
- Your volume is low or spiky. A quiet month costs you almost nothing, because credits never expire and there is no monthly floor. A per-seat monthly plan bills the same in a slow month as a busy one.
- Your customers code-mix. All 22 scheduled Indian languages plus Hinglish, Tenglish and Tanglish are on the ₹2/min base rate, and we will tell you before you buy how your specific language mix behaves on a real call.
- The workflow is unusual. Deposit rules, slot-locking against a real calendar, qualification logic that only makes sense in your trade, a lead sheet that has to be filled a particular way — we build around it rather than configuring a template, and the person building it is the person you message afterwards.
- You want speed-to-lead as a designed behaviour, not a dialler you have to staff. An ad enquiry gets called back in about 60 seconds by the agent itself, at 11pm on a Sunday, with the notes written up afterwards.
- You want Instagram and WhatsApp handled by the same agent as the phone, from your own numbers and accounts, with Meta billing you directly and zero markup added by us.
- You want to be live in days with one conversation and no procurement cycle, and you would rather talk to the engineer than to an account manager.
Pick TeleCMI when
TeleCMI is the better choice
- You have a calling team and the job is to equip them, not replace them. TeleCMI's whole product line — Business Phone System, Cloud PBX, Contact Center CX, Contact Center AX, Auto-Dialer, agent and supervisor logins, skill-based and shift-based routing, live call feed, call queue, call recording and CDR retention up to a year — is built for humans on phones all day. Dvaarik sells none of that. On this job we are not a cheaper competitor, we are the wrong product entirely.
- Procurement, security or compliance has to approve the vendor. Their about page states ISO 27001:2013 certification and a VNO licence obtained in 2022, "7+ Global Data Centers", "99.99% Uptime" and "85+ Countries"; their pricing page displays HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2, SOC 3, GDPR and HITRUST badges. A one-founder studio cannot produce that file, and for regulated buyers in BFSI or healthcare that alone settles it.
- Scale and track record matter to you. Founded in 2016, a team scaled past 100 by 2025, offices in Chennai, Noida, Bangalore and Villupuram, and a homepage that states they are trusted by over 3,500 businesses globally. Their published customer success stories name Hyundai Mobis, Porter, Bitdefender and Foundit — enterprises that ran a procurement process and stayed. That is a different kind of assurance from a founder's WhatsApp number, and for many buyers it is the more valuable one.
- You are deploying across multiple sites, teams or countries. Their Cloud PBX tiers scale in published steps — up to 10, 20 and 30 users with matching channels, free minutes and DID numbers — their coverage spans 85+ countries with virtual and toll-free numbers, and the Enterprises tier adds "Open API & SDK", "Desk phone/IP phone support", "IP authentication" and a "Dedicated Account Manager". Multi-site telephony is a genuinely hard problem and they have solved it at scale.
- You need deep CRM and helpdesk integration out of the box. Their pricing page advertises "Integrate seamlessly with 170+ CRMs", their homepage says "120+ dynamic integrations", and they publish dedicated integration pages for Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Freshworks, Freshdesk, LeadSquared, Kylas, Clinicea, Neodove, NoPaperForms and RSoft, plus webhooks and Open API and SDK on the top tier. If your business already lives inside one of those, that is a large amount of plumbing you do not have to commission.
- The entry cost is lower and the commercial terms are clean. ₹734 per user, per month is a small, checkable number; their FAQ states "No. All TeleCMI plans, including the trial, come with zero setup fees" and "no long-term contracts or hidden charges", and you can request a free trial before paying anything. Against our ₹40,000 build and ₹10,000 minimum first credit load, that is a far lighter way to find out whether the thing works for you.
- You want call carriage at telephony prices, not conversation prices. Cloud PBX BASIC bundles 5,000 free minutes at ₹5,250 per month and then lists a call cost of ₹0.69p/min, falling to ₹0.59p and ₹0.49p on the higher tiers, and Contact Center CX BASIC lists ₹0.59/min. For a team making a large volume of ordinary human calls, that is the correct product and a good price, and nothing we sell competes with it.
- You need a support organisation rather than a person. A documented FAQ library, a published product user manual, integration and feature documentation, agent and supervisor logins, and a dedicated account manager on the Enterprise tier. If your phones going down is a business emergency at 3am, buy from the company with a rota rather than from a founder who sleeps.
