Dvaarik's website widget adds a chat button and a browser call button to any website with one script tag. Visitors ask questions, book, order and pay without leaving your site, answered by the same agent that takes your phone calls and WhatsApp. You design it in the dashboard and can open it from your own buttons with #ai-chat or #ai-call.

How do you add the AI widget to a website?
The Dvaarik widget goes on a website as one script tag copied from the dashboard's Website page. The dashboard offers three ways to get it there, including a path for businesses with no website at all.

></script>Colours, labels and the rest are saved in the dashboard, not in the snippet, and reach your site in about two minutes. A partner's clients get a snippet served from the partner's own domain. Sites with a Content-Security-Policy must allow that domain.
Can your own buttons open the AI chat or call?
Yes. Any link pointing at #ai-call or #ai-chat on your page opens the Dvaarik call or chat as a popup on the same page — a “Book now” button, a price-list link or a banner. Buttons added to the page later work too, and a page address ending in #ai-call starts the call straight away.

The Dvaarik widget's colours, corner, button labels, window style and greeting are all set in the dashboard's Design tab, with a live preview, and the chat and call buttons can each be switched on or off.

In short, every visual choice lives in the dashboard: you can change the widget's look at any time without touching your website again, as long as chat or calls stay switched on — the dashboard will not let you turn both off.
Chat or call — what happens when a visitor taps?
Both buttons reach the same Dvaarik agent that answers your phone and WhatsApp, with the same knowledge, prices and booking rules, so a website visitor gets the same answer as a caller.

In-page calls need an https website; on an http page the call opens in a new tab. Dvaarik charges ₹0.50 a call minute in 30-second steps. Browser calls have no domestic PSTN leg, so Plivo's domestic per-minute charge does not apply to them.
Yes. Point any link at #ai-call or #ai-chat, add data-ai-open="chat" or "call" to a button, or call AIReceptionist.open() from your own code. data-ai-message types a question into the chat box for the visitor, who still presses send. You can hide the floating button and use only your own buttons.
There is no monthly fee and no charge for the widget itself. Each successful AI chat reply is ₹0.05 and browser calls are ₹0.50 a minute in 30-second steps; messages your visitors type and replies your team types are not charged. Your speech and AI providers bill you directly for their part.
You can list up to 20 allowed websites, including their subdomains, and the widget will only open on those. The check runs in the visitor's browser, so treat it as a convenience against copy-paste reuse rather than a security control. The dashboard also shows which websites the widget has been seen on, under "Is it working?".
