Prepaid Credits

Prepaid credits are funds loaded into a platform wallet before use. Voice minutes, conversations, channels, transfers, and recurring products debit that balance.

What does Prepaid Credits mean in practice?

A prepaid credit model charges from a wallet rather than issuing an open-ended usage invoice after the month. It gives the buyer a visible spending boundary, though service may pause when the balance reaches zero. In Dvaarik, the wallet starts at ₹0, top-ups begin at ₹500, top-ups carry no fee and credits do not expire. Voice usage and enabled 30-day products draw from the same balance. Prepaid does not mean a free trial, included credit or a subscription; it describes when funds are added relative to use.

Real example

A partner adds ₹5,000, then Essential voice calls, a client phone channel and AI chat conversations debit the shared wallet at their published rates.
