A WooCommerce AI agent for product questions and COD orders.

Dvaarik connects to a WooCommerce store with its REST API keys. The AI agent then answers product questions on website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls from your live catalogue, and asks cash-on-delivery customers to confirm their order on WhatsApp. With Read/Write API keys, the customer's confirmation, cancellation or new address is written to the WooCommerce order.

No monthly fee: ₹0.05 per AI reply and ₹0.50 a call minute in 30-second steps, with ₹50 of free credits to start.

Free signup, no card needed.

What does the Dvaarik agent do for a WooCommerce store?

Dvaarik's WooCommerce connection lets one AI agent answer customers from your live catalogue on every channel and settle cash-on-delivery orders with them, writing each answer back to the order, while your WooCommerce checkout stays where customers pay.

Answers product questions from the live store

Price, stock, sizes and descriptions come from a live search of your WooCommerce catalogue each time a customer asks, on website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls. There is no catalogue sync to keep up to date.

Shows the product, then sends them to your store

In website chat the agent's answers carry the product's photo and a link to its page on your store, where the customer adds it to the cart and pays through your own checkout.

Confirms cash-on-delivery orders

When a new WooCommerce order uses cash on delivery, the agent asks the customer on WhatsApp whether they still want it, with buttons to confirm, change the address or cancel. A cancelled or refunded order stops the follow-up.

Applies the answer in WooCommerce

A confirmation adds a private order note and moves a pending or on-hold order to processing. A cancellation sets the order to cancelled and WooCommerce restores the stock, never for an order paid online. A new address is written to the order and read back. Every decision also stays on your COD confirmations page.

How do I connect WooCommerce to Dvaarik?

Connecting WooCommerce takes four steps: the catalogue connection is self-serve with WooCommerce's REST API keys, and the order webhook for cash-on-delivery messages is set up with the Dvaarik team.

  1. Step 1

Sign up as a D2C brand

Create a free account and choose “D2C brand / Own website” as the business type.

  2. Step 2

    Connect the catalogue yourself

Create REST API keys with Read/Write access in WooCommerce, then on the Top Products page choose WooCommerce and paste the store URL, consumer key and consumer secret. Press Test.

  3. Step 3

Add the COD order webhook with us

For cash-on-delivery messages, copy the connection URL from your dashboard into an order webhook in WooCommerce. The Dvaarik team sets up its signing secret with you.

  4. Step 4

Connect WhatsApp and choose the workflow

Connect your own WhatsApp Business number, open COD confirmations, pick WhatsApp only, WhatsApp then a call, a call first or manual review, switch the workflow on and test with an order of your own.

Selling on WooCommerce and shipping with Shiprocket? Failed deliveries can reach Dvaarik through Shiprocket, which the team also sets up with you, or through the custom store API, which also carries cart events from your checkout.

What does the WooCommerce connection not do yet?

Dvaarik's WooCommerce connection answers from your catalogue and settles cash-on-delivery orders; the cart, shipping-update and order-status side is still Shopify-only.

Need the full order flow today? Shopify stores already get a cart in chat that opens their own checkout, shipping updates on WhatsApp and “where is my order?” answers. Compare the Shopify integration.

  • A checkout link that carries the agent's cart into your WooCommerce checkout. The agent links to the product page instead.
  • Shipped, out-for-delivery and delivered WhatsApp updates, and “where is my order?” answers, for WooCommerce orders.
  • Cart reminders straight from WooCommerce. Its order webhooks do not describe an unfinished cart, so cart events come through the custom store API.
  • Self-serve webhook setup. The order webhook's signing secret is set up with the Dvaarik team.
  • A WordPress plugin. The connection uses WooCommerce's own REST API keys and webhooks.

What does a WooCommerce AI agent cost?

A Dvaarik WooCommerce agent has no monthly fee and no fee per order. As an illustration, 3,000 AI replies in a month come to ₹150 in Dvaarik charges at ₹0.05 a reply.

  • Order messages such as COD confirmations are WhatsApp templates. Meta bills them to your own WhatsApp Business account, and Dvaarik adds no charge or markup.
  • A customer tapping a button on an order message is not an AI reply and is not charged.
  • Calls are ₹0.50 a minute in 30-second steps, plus what your own phone company and speech and AI providers bill you directly.
  • Customers pay in your own WooCommerce checkout. Dvaarik never holds the money and takes 0% commission.

WooCommerce questions

Dvaarik's WooCommerce connection is described below as the product works on 6 Oct 2026.

Yes, for product questions and cash-on-delivery orders. The AI agent searches your live WooCommerce catalogue over the REST API to answer customers on website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls, and asks cash-on-delivery customers to confirm their order on WhatsApp. With Read/Write API keys, the customer's answer is written back to the WooCommerce order.

No catalogue is synced. The agent searches your store live when a customer asks, so a price or stock change in WooCommerce shows in the next answer. Product photos used in WhatsApp messages are kept as small copies for sending.

Not yet. The agent answers from your catalogue and links the customer to the product page on your store, where they add it to the cart and pay through your own WooCommerce checkout. Building a cart in chat that opens your checkout is available for Shopify stores today.

Yes, once your COD confirmations workflow is on and your REST API keys have Read/Write access. A confirmation adds a private order note and moves a pending or on-hold order to processing, a cancellation sets the order to cancelled and WooCommerce restores the stock, and a new address is written to the order and read back. An order paid online is never cancelled, and a cancellation or address change only touches an order that is still pending, on hold or processing.

Yes, if your checkout sends cart events. WooCommerce's order webhooks do not describe an unfinished cart, so a checkout plugin or your developer sends checkout events through Dvaarik's custom store API. With cart recovery switched on, the agent then sends a WhatsApp reminder to shoppers who agreed to messages.

There is no monthly fee and no fee per order. Dvaarik charges ₹0.05 for each successful AI reply and ₹0.50 a call minute in 30-second steps. Order messages are WhatsApp templates that Meta bills to your own WhatsApp Business account; Dvaarik adds nothing to them.

Answer every product question from your live store.

Connect WooCommerce with your REST API keys, ask a question about one of your own products, and see the answer before any customer does.
