White-label WhatsApp chatbot platform · Updated 4 Aug 2026

A WhatsApp reseller panel with client-owned WABAs.

A white label WhatsApp chatbot platform lets agencies manage client automations under their brand. Dvaarik connects each client's own WABA, leaves Meta messaging charges direct with zero Dvaarik markup, and charges partners ₹1,000 per 30-day Social Plan plus ₹1 per AI-handled conversation.

How does Meta-direct billing compare with markup?

A pass-through model separates the software fee from Meta's messaging charge. Dvaarik adds zero markup, as do some other providers; this is a contrast with markup incumbents, not an “only platform” claim. WANotifier's live WATI comparison reported around 20% WATI markup when read on 4 Aug 2026.

What does “reseller panel” mean in India?

A WhatsApp reseller panel is the master workspace from which an agency creates client accounts, applies its branding, configures automations and monitors usage. It does not transfer ownership of the client's WABA to the reseller. Your client authorises Meta access and pays Meta directly.

Which automations can agencies package?

Package FAQ answers, lead qualification, booking, payment links, campaign follow-up and human handoff with the client's approved templates and business context. Add voice when a lead asks for a call, or use Instagram comment-to-DM in the same Social Plan.

Plain answers

What should a reseller know before starting?

Yes. Each client connects its own WABA through Meta's flow and remains responsible for that business account. Dvaarik does not pool unrelated clients under one WABA.

No. The client pays Meta's WhatsApp messaging charges directly, with zero Dvaarik markup. This pass-through model is not unique in the market; it is specifically different from providers that add usage markup.

As a partner you pay ₹1,000 for a 30-day Social Plan, which enables the supported WhatsApp, Instagram and campaign capabilities. The direct-business list price is ₹1,500 for 30 days.

As a partner you pay ₹1 per AI-handled chat conversation from prepaid credit. Meta's own messaging charges remain separate and are billed by Meta.

Supported client-facing template footers can use the partner brand. The login OTP that authenticates the partner console comes from the platform's shared sender and is not white-labelled.
