Servetel Alternative: Acefone ₹1,599/user/mo
If you are searching for Servetel, note first that servetel.in now redirects to acefone.com. Acefone sells cloud telephony and contact-centre software your team logs into and operates, priced per seat with seat minimums, and it also sells its own AI Voice Bot. Dvaarik builds one custom AI agent that holds the conversation itself, priced at ₹2/min with no seats to buy.

If you searched for Servetel, start here
Servetel was an Indian cloud-telephony brand offering virtual numbers, toll-free numbers, IVR and call-centre software. As of 26 Jul 2026 it is no longer a separate site: servetel.in and its inner pages 301-redirect to acefone.com, and Acefone lists Servetel Infocomm Pvt. Ltd. as its India entity. Existing customers still sign in at customer.servetel.in. That means the product you are evaluating is Acefone's. Most of their published catalogue is telephony infrastructure plus contact-centre software priced per seat with minimum seat counts, designed for a team of humans who make and take calls — and a per-seat price and a per-minute price are not measuring the same thing. They also sell an AI Voice Bot, which is the one product genuinely in the same category as Dvaarik. The difference there is narrower and worth understanding properly: theirs is a platform you configure, ours is an agent we build and run for you.
- Choose Acefone if you have or are hiring a calling team and need numbers, dialers, routing, recording and agent analytics under them, with 24x7 support and enterprise controls.
- Choose Dvaarik if nobody is picking up the phone and you would rather the AI answer, converse in the caller's language, call ad leads back in about 60 seconds, book and collect.
- Compare on commitment, not just rate. Acefone's contact-centre entry is per user per month with a 6-seat minimum, so the smallest published Professional configuration works out to ₹9,594/month by our arithmetic on their figures. Dvaarik has no seats and no per-user licence.
- If it is specifically their AI Voice Bot you want, the plan cards show only an Enterprise 'Contact Us' tier, but the page's own FAQ data states pilots start at ₹75,000 for 12,500 minutes — about ₹6 per minute on that block by our arithmetic. Ongoing rates after a pilot are quote-only.
The 60-second verdict
Servetel no longer runs as a separate website. As checked on 26 Jul 2026, servetel.in and its inner pages 301-redirect to acefone.com, and Acefone's own About Us and Contact Us pages list its India entity as Servetel Infocomm Pvt. Ltd. in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, alongside offices in the United States and the United Kingdom. An existing-customer login still lives at customer.servetel.in. So a Servetel evaluation today is really an Acefone evaluation. Acefone publishes India rates in more detail than most vendors in this market. Contact Center Studio is ₹1,599 per user per month (Professional, minimum 6 seats) and ₹1,999 per user per month (Ultra, minimum 5 seats), with no annual option shown on that page. Interactions Hub is ₹1,599 per seat per month (Professional, minimum 7 users / 14 channels) and ₹2,299 per seat per month (Ultra, minimum 5 users / 10 channels) on monthly billing, dropping to ₹1,299 and ₹1,899 if you switch that page's toggle to annual. Enterprise is quote-only on every product. Plans include unlimited calling within India and, on Contact Center Studio, 1 standard DID and a 7-day limited-calling free trial. Their AI Voice Bot is the closest product to Dvaarik, and it is a serious one: the plan cards show only an Enterprise Contact Us tier, but the same page's FAQ data publishes a starting figure — pilots from ₹75,000 for 12,500 minutes — plus more than 12 languages, India-based data residency and no-code configuration. Dvaarik is still a different shape of purchase. We are not selling you seats and a dialer to staff, and we are not selling you a platform to configure. We build one custom AI voice and chat agent for your business, live in days: it answers every call 24/7 in the caller's language, calls your ad leads back within about 60 seconds, follows up on WhatsApp and Instagram, books the slot and collects the deposit. There is no subscription and no seat count. A one-time custom setup (₹40,000, currently free for our 10 founding clients in return for the Care Plan's first 3 months at the founding rate plus an honest testimonial and short case study) and then prepaid credits: voice from ₹2/min with simple per-minute billing, chat ₹2 per conversation.
Pick Acefone (the company you reached via Servetel) if you employ people to talk on the phone and want a proven telephony backbone underneath them: numbers, toll-free, dialers, queues, skill-based dialing, call recording, agent dashboards, user-wise IP whitelisting on both Contact Center Studio tiers and SSO on Ultra, backed by a 24x7 support organisation and UK and US operations. They are a much larger company than we are, and for a multi-seat contact centre that is exactly the right shape of vendor. Their AI Voice Bot is also a real competitor to us, not an afterthought, and if you want a platform your own operations manager configures rather than an agent someone builds for you, that is a fair reason to choose them. Pick Dvaarik if the problem is not that your agents need better tooling but that there are no agents to route the call to, and you would rather buy a finished agent than a platform. We build the AI that answers, converses, calls leads back, books and collects, and you pay ₹2/min from the first minute with no seat minimum, no minute block to purchase and nothing to staff.

Dvaarik AI vs Servetel (now Acefone)
| Feature | Dvaarik AI | Servetel (now Acefone) |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A custom AI agent that answers and holds the whole conversation — built for your business by us, live in days | Cloud telephony and contact-centre software your team logs into and operates, plus an AI Voice Bot platform your operations manager configures |
| Brand and company | One brand, one founder who builds every agent personally — a small studio, not a group | Servetel now redirects to Acefone. India entity is Servetel Infocomm Pvt. Ltd. (Udyog Vihar Phase V, Gurugram), with published offices in the United States and the United Kingdom and a 24x7 support organisation |
| Pricing model | No subscription and no seats — prepaid credits. Voice from ₹2/min with simple per-minute billing, chat ₹2 per conversation, credits never expire | Per-seat monthly licence. Contact Center Studio ₹1,599/user/month (Professional) or ₹1,999/user/month (Ultra), no annual option shown. Interactions Hub ₹1,599 or ₹2,299 per seat per month on monthly billing, ₹1,299 or ₹1,899 on annual |
| Minimum to start | No seats and no per-user licence. Minimum first credit load ₹10,000; month 1 debits ₹2,000 number recharge and ₹5,000 Care Plan (required for the first 3 months at the founding rate), leaving roughly ₹3,000 for usage | Contact Center Studio Professional requires a minimum 6 seats and Ultra 5 — the smallest published Professional setup is ₹9,594/month by our arithmetic on their listed figures. Interactions Hub Professional requires 7 users. AI Voice Bot pilots start at a ₹75,000 block |
| Price for the AI voice agent | ✓ Published and flat: ₹2/min from the first minute, no minute block to buy (Bharat Standard; Studio HD ₹3/min and Global ₹4–5/min if you need them) | Plan cards show only an Enterprise 'Contact Us' tier, but the same page's FAQ data publishes pilots from ₹75,000 for 12,500 minutes — about ₹6/min on that block by our arithmetic on their figure, with telephony for India, the USA and the UK included. Post-pilot rates are quote-only |
| Call minutes | Pay only for minutes used at ₹2/min; credits never expire and at zero balance everything pauses gracefully | ✓ 'Unlimited Calling within India' bundled into the seat price. On the Interactions Hub page that is footnoted to a fair usage policy of 5,000 mins per user per month, pooled; the Contact Center Studio page carries no such footnote |
| Numbers, toll-free and telephony estate | One business number included and run for you (₹2,000 per 30 days, auto-debited from credits); we are not a numbering estate | ✓ Mature. 1 standard DID in each Contact Center Studio plan, additional DID ₹100/month, VMN or TFN ₹500/month, Mobile CLI ₹500/month, and published toll-free minute packs from ₹4,500 for 3,000 minutes (additional minutes ₹1.6, falling to ₹1.25 on the 50,000-minute pack) |
| Tools for a human calling team | Not the model — the AI handles the conversation instead of feeding a queue (it can transfer to a human when needed) | ✓ Dialer inbound queue, lead lists and bulk upload, disposition lists, skill-based dialing, agent scripts, break functionality and real-time dialer and agent performance reports, all ticked on both Contact Center Studio tiers |
| Enterprise security and admin controls | Straightforward: we run the agent for you and report monthly. No SSO, no per-user IP policy layer, no maker-checker | ✓ Deeper than ours, and tier-dependent. Contact Center Studio: user-wise IP whitelisting on both tiers, SSO (Azure) on Ultra only, while MFA/OTP, information masking and own-AWS/SFTP recording storage are marked unavailable on both. Interactions Hub: MFA, user-wise IP restriction and information masking on both tiers, with SSO, IP pool whitelisting, user maker-checker and bring-your-own recording storage on Ultra |
| Indian languages, spoken conversation | ✓ Voice conversations across 22+ Indian languages including code-mixed Hinglish, Tenglish and Tanglish | Genuine multilingual coverage: their AI Voice Bot page publishes more than 12 languages including Hindi, English, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi, with separate agents configurable per language. Their telephony products carry whatever language your human agents speak |
| Speed-to-lead callbacks | ✓ Your ad leads called back within about 60 seconds, plus scheduled campaign boards over your own lists — your own leads only, calling hours respected | Auto-dialer and campaign tools on the contact-centre plans, where a person on your team places or takes the resulting call; their AI Voice Bot can automate outbound calls, configured by you |
| Instagram DMs and payments in-conversation | ✓ Instagram DM auto-reply and per-post comment-to-DM rules, plus UPI and card payment links sent by the agent mid-conversation on call, chat or WhatsApp — no commission | Published channels on these pricing pages are voice, WhatsApp, SMS and video. Instagram and in-conversation payment collection do not appear on them, so budget for your own payment stack |
Pick Dvaarik when
Dvaarik is the better choice
- Nobody is picking up the phone, and you do not want to hire a calling team just to fix that — you want the AI to answer, converse, book and collect.
- You are one location or a small team, so a 5-, 6- or 7-seat minimum is money spent on capacity you will not use.
- You run Meta or Google ads and need every enquiry called back within about a minute, which is the workflow we build most often.
- Your customers speak Indian languages and code-mix — Hinglish, Tenglish, Tanglish — and you want a real conversation rather than a press-1 menu.
- You want to start at ₹2/min from the first minute without buying a block of minutes up front, and with no subscription to carry in a quiet month.
- You want someone to build, tune and run the agent with you, rather than a platform your team has to configure and own — calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, bookings and payments in one place.
Pick Servetel (now Acefone) when
Servetel (now Acefone) is the better choice
- You employ people to talk on the phone. Acefone is built to make a floor of human agents productive — dialers, inbound queues, skill-based dialing, dispositions, agent scripts, break tracking and real-time performance reports, all ticked on both Contact Center Studio tiers — and that is a genuinely different and mature discipline from what a one-founder studio does.
- You need scale and a support organisation behind you. Acefone publishes 24x7 chat support on both tiers and 24x7 call support on Ultra, runs multiple international sales and support lines, and lists offices in the United States and the United Kingdom as well as India. Dvaarik is founder-led WhatsApp support; for a business that needs a rota and an escalation path at 3am, that is the safer buy.
- You have procurement, security or compliance requirements. On Interactions Hub they publish MFA, user-wise IP restriction and sensitive-information masking on both tiers, and SSO via Azure, IP pool whitelisting, user maker-checker approvals and bring-your-own AWS S3 or SFTP recording storage on Ultra; Contact Center Studio publishes user-wise IP whitelisting on both tiers and SSO on Ultra. These are the things a bank, hospital group or listed company's IT team will ask for, and we do not offer that layer at all.
- You need a serious telephony estate. Toll-free numbers with published minute packs, virtual mobile numbers, mobile CLI, multiple DIDs, additional channels and long-retention call recording are their core business. If your requirement is fundamentally numbers and routing across many sites, buy from a telephony company.
- Heavy talk-time is your normal, and you can commit annually. Their seat price includes unlimited calling within India (subject, on the Interactions Hub page, to a 5,000 mins per user per month pooled fair usage policy), and annual billing on Interactions Hub brings Professional to ₹1,299 per seat per month. For agents on the phone all day, a bundled seat can be more predictable and cheaper than paying per minute.
- Their AI Voice Bot is a credible product in its own right, not a checkbox. On its own page they publish more than 12 languages including Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi, customer data and recordings held on India-based servers, no-code configuration by an operations manager, and the ability to run as a layer on your existing dialer or contact-centre setup. If you want to own and configure the platform yourself, or you already run their contact centre, buying the bot from them is the coherent choice.
- You want to try before committing and to buy through a familiar enterprise process. They publish a 7-day limited-calling free trial on Contact Center Studio, offer monthly and annual plans on Interactions Hub, include onboarding sessions on every tier, and assign a shared or dedicated account manager on Interactions Hub depending on tier.
