How the record is built
The useful CRM record is not just a phone number. It preserves why the person contacted the business, what was learned, what happened, and what the team should do next. Dvaarik keeps that context beside the conversation instead of asking staff to re-enter it in a second tool.
An inbound call, approved outbound campaign, website chat or connected messaging workflow creates the interaction context.
The record can retain the transcript, summary, language, source, requirements, next step and call outcome instead of leaving the result in a notebook.
A clinic sees patients and appointments. Recruitment sees candidates, open roles and interviews. Real estate sees buyers, properties and site visits.
Teams can work from the same lead, customer, booking, order or follow-up record rather than reconstructing the history from separate tools.
18 product verticals · nine dashboard shapes
A clinic should not be forced to call a patient an opportunity. A recruiter should not store an interview as a generic task. Dvaarik resolves each business to one of nine operating shapes, then exposes the relevant records and names while keeping calls, conversations, leads and campaigns available across every vertical.
Dvaarik or Salesforce?
Dvaarik is the focused choice when the primary job is turning voice and messaging interactions into operational records for an Indian business. Salesforce is the stronger choice when the requirement is broad enterprise CRM: advanced forecasting, territories, custom objects, a large application ecosystem, and complex sales governance.
| Business need | Dvaarik | Salesforce |
|---|---|---|
| Calls and messages should create operational records | Strong fit: voice, messaging, leads and outcomes share the same business context. | Possible through Salesforce products, configuration and integrations; the exact stack depends on the edition and implementation. |
| The dashboard should speak the language of the industry | Strong fit: the selected vertical changes labels and workflow pages automatically. | Stronger for teams that need broad custom objects, fields, workflows and enterprise process design. |
| Advanced forecasting, territories and a large app ecosystem | Not the primary job of Dvaarik's focused operational CRM. | Stronger fit: Sales Cloud publishes forecasting, pipeline management, mobile access and AppExchange capabilities. |
| A white-label AI front office for many small-business clients | Strong fit for agencies and developers using Dvaarik's partner console and vertical-shaped client dashboards. | Evaluate separately as a general CRM and enterprise platform; it is not the same partner operating model. |
Salesforce's current India sales page lists Free Suite at USD 0, Starter Suite at USD 25/user/month, Pro at USD 100, Enterprise at USD 175 and higher editions above that. Those are Salesforce's published USD per-user prices, not converted INR estimates. Dvaarik does not publish a separate CRM-seat licence on this page; voice, phone and connected social-channel usage follow their own current public terms.
White-label CRM layer
A partner can onboard a clinic, recruiter, restaurant or real-estate team without building a different application for each one. The client dashboard uses the selected vertical's records and vocabulary, while the partner manages clients from the partner console and decides its own commercial packaging.

Dvaarik's AI CRM is the operational record layer inside the business dashboard. It connects leads, customers, calls, conversations and next actions, then adds vertical-specific records such as appointments, site visits, interviews, jobs or orders where the selected business type needs them.
A generic CRM normally starts with contacts and a sales pipeline. Dvaarik also changes the working nouns and screens by vertical: patients and appointments for clinics, candidates and interviews for recruitment, buyers and site visits for real estate, or diners and orders for restaurants.
Configured call and campaign workflows can write structured outcomes back to the lead or customer record, including the source, requirements, call status, summary and next step. The exact fields depend on the workflow and the business's configured columns.
Not universally. Choose Dvaarik when the main job is turning AI voice and messaging conversations into vertical-specific operational records. Salesforce is broader for enterprise sales processes, custom objects, advanced forecasting, territories, large teams and its AppExchange ecosystem. Some businesses may use Dvaarik alongside an external CRM through CSV or configured webhooks.
Dvaarik's white-label partner model lets agencies and developers onboard and manage business clients under a partner brand. Each client receives a dashboard shaped by its selected vertical, while usage draws from the partner's shared wallet and the partner controls its own client packaging.
The current product registry defines 18 business verticals across nine dashboard shapes, including healthcare, education, real estate, automotive, garages, home services, manufacturing, interiors, hospitality, events, professional practices, recruitment, beauty, fitness, food, retail, D2C and SaaS. The public industry directory contains 19 workflow guides because some search-facing guides split related use cases more finely.
Select the business vertical, configure the facts and outcomes, and use one dashboard for conversations and the records they create.
