If you searched Caller Digital, read this first

Caller Digital is an enterprise-leaning Indian voice AI company that leads with debt collections and BFSI work, and it is one of the few in this market that publishes an itemized per-minute rate card. On their pricing page (checked 20 Jul 2026) the Pay As You Go DIY BYOK tier totals ₹9.4175/min and the Growth Plan DIY totals ₹10.147/min with a 10,000 minute per month minimum; Enterprise starts at 100,000 minutes and carries no published rate. Their page states no GST position, so confirm theirs before you budget; on our side, our prices are exclusive of GST, with 18% GST applied when you load credits (a ₹10,000 credit load is billed ₹11,800). Dvaarik is not a platform you configure. Founder Rohith Sriramula builds a custom AI voice agent for your business, and usage runs at ₹2/min voice on whole-minute billing, ₹2 per chat conversation, from prepaid credits — on top of a ₹5,000/month Care Plan that is required for the first three months and ₹2,000 per 30 days for the phone number when we supply it.

  • Choose Caller Digital if you are an enterprise buyer whose procurement team needs ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA and GDPR claims on the page before a pilot can start.
  • Choose Dvaarik if you are a small or mid-sized Indian business that wants the agent built for you, running in days, at a per-minute rate roughly a fifth of their cheapest published tier — once your volume clears the point where our monthly floor pays for itself.
  • Compare on total monthly spend at your real call volume, not on headline rates. Ours is ₹2/min plus ₹5,000/month Care Plan plus ₹2,000 per 30 days for the number; theirs is ₹9.4175/min all-in on Pay As You Go. Note also that their Growth tier costs more per minute than Pay As You Go, because Growth bundles the speech and language models that BYOK makes you supply yourself.

The 60-second verdict

Caller Digital (caller.digital) sells voice AI to Indian enterprises, with collections, NBFC and BFSI workflows front and centre — EMI recovery calling with a UPI link delivered the moment the customer says they will pay, NDR delivery confirmation, COD order confirmation and appointment booking. Their homepage claims ISO 27001, AICPA SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA and GDPR alignment, publishes a comparison of Indian telephony carriers, and names Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and LeadSquared CRM integrations (homepage, checked 20 Jul 2026). Their pricing page publishes a genuine itemized breakdown: Pay As You Go DIY BYOK at ₹9.4175/min, Growth Plan DIY at ₹10.147/min with a 10,000 minute minimum, and an Enterprise tier at 100,000 minutes with pricing behind a contact form. They also state plainly on their own pricing content that they are not the cheapest per-minute rate on a rate card, and argue instead on twelve-month total cost of ownership. Dvaarik works differently. We are an agency, not software: we build one custom agent for your business — receptionist, speed-to-lead outbound, sales campaigns, WhatsApp, Instagram, booking and payments — and bill usage from prepaid credits at ₹2/min voice and ₹2 per chat conversation, with a ₹40,000 one-time build that is currently free for our 10 founding clients. Founding slots are still open; we build for businesses anywhere in India.

Pick Caller Digital if you are running collections or a regulated BFSI or healthcare operation at scale, need compliance certifications on paper to clear security review, want to keep an incumbent telephony carrier, need native Salesforce or LeadSquared write-back, or your volume is low enough that their all-in ₹9.4175/min beats our monthly floor. Pick Dvaarik if you run a clinic, dealership, showroom, school or services business in India, want the whole thing built and tuned for you rather than configured by your own team, and run enough minutes that ₹2/min plus ₹5,000/month Care Plan plus ₹2,000 per 30 days for the number comes out below their published rate — which happens from roughly 950 minutes a month in the first three months.

Pick Dvaarik when

Dvaarik is the better choice

  • Your monthly volume clears roughly 1,000 minutes but sits far below their 10,000 minute Growth minimum. Caller Digital's Growth tier does not apply to you at that size; Dvaarik has no minimum beyond a ₹10,000 first credit load, and credits never expire.
  • Total cost at your volume is the deciding number. Our real floor is ₹2/min plus ₹5,000/month Care Plan plus ₹2,000 per 30 days for the number, so at 10,000 minutes a month we work out at ₹27,000 against ₹1,01,470 on their Growth tier — ₹81,000 versus ₹3,04,410 over three months. Both rate cards are public; check ours and theirs before you talk to anyone.
  • You do not have an in-house team to configure a platform or supply your own model keys. Their entry tier is explicitly DIY BYOK; we build the agent, test it and tune it for you.
  • You need more than voice — WhatsApp follow-ups from your own number, Instagram DM replies, slot-locking bookings and payment links inside the same conversation, all wired together.
  • You want one person accountable. The founder builds your agent and answers on WhatsApp, rather than a demo form routing you into an enterprise sales process.

Pick Caller Digital when

Caller Digital is the better choice

  • Your buyer is a bank, NBFC, insurer or hospital whose security review needs certifications on paper. Their homepage claims ISO/IEC 27001:2019, AICPA SOC Type 2, HIPAA and GDPR. Dvaarik has nothing comparable and will be disqualified from those RFPs — that is a real gap, not a technicality.
  • Your call volume is low. Below roughly 950 minutes a month, our ₹5,000 Care Plan and ₹2,000 number recharge outweigh the cheaper minute, and their all-in ₹9.4175/min Pay As You Go is the cheaper option for your first three months. From month four, when the Care Plan becomes optional, that crossover drops to roughly 270 minutes a month.
  • You already run a telephony carrier you cannot or will not change. They publish a comparison of Indian carriers on latency, pricing, DLT and capacity, so your existing numbers and routing can likely stay put.
  • You need native CRM write-back into Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or LeadSquared as a supported connector rather than something wired per project.
  • You are running collections. EMI recovery calling with a UPI link delivered mid-call, and NDR delivery-confirmation calling, are specific workflows they lead with on their homepage (checked 20 Jul 2026) — Dvaarik's agents are built for reception, leads, bookings and payments, not debt recovery.

Frequently asked

Questions about Dvaarik vs Caller Digital

Does Caller Digital publish its pricing?

+
Yes, and it deserves credit for it. At https://caller.digital/pricing (checked 20 Jul 2026) there is a real itemized rate card: Pay As You Go DIY BYOK at ₹9.4175/min, Growth Plan DIY at ₹10.147/min with a 10,000 minute monthly minimum, and an Enterprise tier at 100,000 minutes whose rate is behind a contact form. That is more line-item detail than we have seen on most Indian voice AI pricing pages we have looked at. The page does not state whether the figures include GST, so confirm that with them; on our side, our prices are exclusive of GST, with 18% GST applied when you load credits (a ₹10,000 credit load is billed ₹11,800).

Why is their Growth plan more expensive per minute than Pay As You Go?

+
Because the two tiers cover different things. Pay As You Go is BYOK — you bring your own speech-to-text, language model and text-to-speech keys, so those three lines sit outside the ₹9.4175. Growth bundles them (STT 0.728, LLM 0.616, TTS 1.68) and trims most other lines, including the platform fee from ₹5 to ₹3, landing at ₹10.147. It is a fair structure, just one worth reading carefully before you assume the bigger plan is cheaper.

How does Dvaarik's ₹2/min compare with those numbers?

+
₹2/min is roughly a fifth of their cheapest published tier of ₹9.4175/min. Ours is a permanent base rate on simple whole-minute billing, not an introductory offer, and it is billed from prepaid credits that never expire. But the minute rate is not our whole cost, and we will not pretend otherwise: add ₹5,000/month for the Care Plan, which is required for the first three months, and ₹2,000 per 30 days for the phone number when we supply it. Compare three months to three months at your real volume.

At what call volume does Dvaarik actually become cheaper?

+
Around 950 minutes a month during the first three months. Below that, our ₹7,000/month floor of Care Plan plus number recharge outweighs the cheaper minute and their ₹9.4175/min Pay As You Go is the better buy. Above it the gap widens fast: at 10,000 minutes a month we come to ₹27,000/month against ₹1,01,470 on their Growth tier, which is ₹81,000 against ₹3,04,410 over three months. From month four the Care Plan becomes optional, and if you drop it the crossover falls to roughly 270 minutes a month.

Should I be worried that Dvaarik has no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification?

+
You should factor it in honestly. If you are a bank, NBFC, insurer or hospital, your security review will require certifications and Dvaarik will not pass — Caller Digital is the better fit for that procurement path. If you run a clinic, dealership, showroom, school or services business without a formal vendor security process, the certifications are not what you are buying, and paying enterprise rates for them is not efficient.

What does Dvaarik actually cost to start?

+
The build is ₹40,000 one-time, currently free for our 10 founding clients. The trade is stated plainly: a free build in return for the Care Plan's first three months at the founding rate and an honest testimonial plus a short case study once you are live. The Care Plan lists at ₹12,000/month, founding rate ₹5,000/month, required for the first three months and optional from month four. Minimum first credit load is ₹10,000, top-ups from ₹500, and credits never expire. If we supply the phone number, recharge is ₹2,000 per 30 days, auto-debited from credits.

Caller Digital argues headline per-minute rates inflate in practice. Is that fair?

+
It is a fair critique of the market, and their argument that you should compare twelve-month total cost of ownership rather than a headline rate is worth taking seriously before you sign with anyone. Apply the same test to us: ₹2/min is whole-minute billing with no language surcharge, no retry multiplier and no setup amortized into the rate, but the real monthly floor is that plus ₹5,000 Care Plan and ₹2,000 per 30 days for the number. WhatsApp costs are billed by Meta to your own account with zero Dvaarik markup.
