If you searched ConnectAI, read the volume math first

ConnectAI and Dvaarik both answer your phone with an AI voice, but they are priced on opposite structures, and which one costs you less depends almost entirely on how many minutes you talk. ConnectAI charges a monthly subscription that unlocks the agent (₹800/month standalone, or ₹499/month if you already run their AI Clinic Automation Suite) and then ₹4 per minute of talk-time, billed as 8 credits per minute from a clinic credit wallet and, on their own credits page, rounded up to the whole minute. Dvaarik charges no subscription at all — voice is ₹2/min from the very first minute, drawn from prepaid credits and also billed by the whole minute, with a ₹2,000 per 30 days phone number recharge auto-debited from the same balance.

  • Using only figures both companies publish, the two land at the same monthly cost at roughly 600 minutes of talk-time (ConnectAI ₹800 + ₹4/min against Dvaarik ₹2,000 number recharge + ₹2/min; both come to ₹3,200). That crossover is our arithmetic from published rates, not a number either company advertises.
  • Treat 600 as a floor, not a point. ConnectAI's voice page says "Plan includes credits" and publishes no credit quantity for the ₹800 plan, so our maths assumes none are included. Any that are included push the crossover higher — in ConnectAI's favour, not ours.
  • The 600-minute figure also excludes our Care Plan. Founding clients pay ₹5,000/month for the first three months as the stated trade for the free build, and in those months the two structures do not meet until roughly 3,100 minutes (both ₹13,200). We would rather show you that number than hide it.
  • Below the crossover, ConnectAI is genuinely cheaper — a clinic doing 50 minutes a month pays them about ₹1,000 and would pay Dvaarik about ₹2,100 before the Care Plan, because our number recharge is a fixed floor.
  • Above it, the gap opens in Dvaarik's favour and keeps widening, because ₹2/min is half of ₹4/min and there is no plan sitting on top of it.
  • Choose on structure too, not only on rate: ConnectAI is a self-serve clinic product you subscribe to; Dvaarik is a custom agent built for your business, live in days, with no subscription.

The 60-second verdict

ConnectAI publishes ₹800/month standalone (or ₹499/month as an add-on to its AI Clinic Automation Suite) plus ₹4 per minute of talk-time billed as 8 credits, and the subscription is required before the receptionist will answer anything — their product FAQ states the subscription "unlocks the receptionist" and their credits page states plainly that "Credits are usable only with an active subscription". Dvaarik charges no subscription: voice is ₹2/min from the very first minute, with no minimum volume and no lock-in. ConnectAI is a strong, honestly priced product and they deserve credit for publishing everything openly — their pricing page states that every product has one price and there is no call for a quote, and their credits page lists a rupee price for every chargeable action, which is rarer in this market than it should be. They are also cheaper than us at low call volume, because our ₹2,000 per 30 days number recharge is a fixed floor and their ₹800/month is not. One thing to hold in mind when you compare: their voice product page says "Plan includes credits", but no credit quantity is published for the ₹800 plan, so some of your talk-time may already be covered. The difference is what you are buying: ConnectAI is a self-serve clinic product with a one-time ₹1,000 clinic onboarding fee and a 15-day onboarding over WhatsApp. Dvaarik is a custom build — we scope your calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, bookings and payments, wire it into your systems, and hand you a working agent in days.

If you run a clinic and you are already inside ConnectAI's suite, buy their receptionist. At ₹499/month as an add-on it shares your patient records, calendar and WhatsApp automation, and bolting a second vendor alongside that would be worse for you even if the per-minute rate were lower. The same is true if your call volume is genuinely small: at 50 to 100 minutes a month their ₹800/month floor beats our ₹2,000 per 30 days number recharge, and we would rather tell you that than win the click. Their entry cost is also far lighter than ours — ₹800 plus a one-time ₹1,000 onboarding against our ₹10,000 minimum first credit load. Dvaarik is the better choice once volume grows past the point where ₹2/min against ₹4/min stops being a rounding difference; when you are not a clinic, since ConnectAI is built specifically for clinics and hospitals; when you need more than Hindi and Indian English, because they publish no language count and we cover 22 Indian languages plus code-mixed speech; or when you want the thing built for you rather than configured by you — inbound answering, ad leads called back in about 60 seconds, WhatsApp follow-ups on your own number, Instagram replies, bookings and payment links, all wired into your systems before launch.

Feature-by-feature comparison of Dvaarik AI and ConnectAI for Indian businesses
FeatureDvaarik AIConnectAI
Published per-minute rate₹2/min, simple per-minute billing — our permanent base rate, not a founding discount or a volume tier₹4/min, billed as 8 credits per minute from the clinic credit wallet, and only while a subscription is active (pricing page card, product FAQ and credits price list, all read 26 Jul 2026)
Is a subscription required to start? No. There is no plan, tier or trial — you prepay credits and usage draws them downYes. Their FAQ states the subscription — ₹800/mo standalone or ₹499/mo as a Suite add-on — "unlocks the receptionist", and their credits page states "Credits are usable only with an active subscription"
Cost to get startedMinimum first credit load ₹10,000 (₹11,800 with 18% GST), of which ₹10,000 is usable balance. Custom build ₹40,000 — free for our 10 founding clients, in return for the Care Plan's first 3 months at ₹5,000/mo plus an honest testimonial and case studyMuch lighter. ₹800 for the first month plus a one-time ₹1,000 clinic onboarding fee for new clinics — their general clinic onboarding fee, not scoped only to the voice agent
Billing granularityWhole-minute billing — we call it simple per-minute billing, with no rounding games beyond thatAlso whole-minute. Their credits price list reads "AI voice call (per minute, rounded up) — 8 credits ≈ ₹4.00". This is parity, not an advantage either way
Minimum term publishedNo contract. Founding clients commit to the Care Plan for the first 3 months at ₹5,000/mo; optional from month 4Their site publishes two different things and does not reconcile them. The voice product page's own plan chooser offers only 3 Months (₹2,400 total), 6 Months (₹4,800) and Annual (₹9,600) at a flat ₹800/mo — no one-month option — while the same page's hero says "Cancel anytime" and the pricing FAQ says "Most other subscriptions are month-to-month". The explicit 3-month upfront minimums they do publish name only Dhanwantri (₹5,997) and the Suite (₹7,497). Worth asking them directly
Languages22 Indian languages plus code-mixed Hinglish, Tenglish and TanglishNo language count is published on any page we checked. Their FAQ says the agent is "tuned for Indian-English accents and common Hindi phrasing"
Telephony and phone numberNumber plus one concurrent line at ₹2,000 per 30 days, auto-debited from credits; extra line ₹1,500/mo, extra number ₹750/moTheir FAQ states: "We provision a dedicated voice number during onboarding and can route/forward your existing clinic line to it." No separate number charge is published
WhatsAppIncluded in the build, from your own number. Meta bills your own account directly and Dvaarik adds zero markup — verifiable on your own Meta invoiceA separate product (Dhanwantri), published at ₹1,999/mo with a minimum 3-month commitment billed upfront at ₹5,997. Their credits price list does publish the usage side: a WhatsApp message to a patient costs "2 cr platform WABA, 0 cr clinic own WABA" (2 credits ≈ ₹1.00), and a patient-initiated 24h conversation is 0 credits, "free by default, metered per-plan" — so bringing your own WhatsApp account removes their per-message credit charge
GST treatmentStated openly: all prices are exclusive of GST; 18% applies at the point of loading credits, so a ₹10,000 load is billed ₹11,800Not published. We searched the raw HTML of their pricing, voice product and credits pages on 26 Jul 2026 and found no GST statement, so their figures cannot be read as either inclusive or exclusive. Budget with that uncertainty and ask them
Usage price transparencyWe publish voice ₹2/min, chat ₹2 per conversation, the ₹2,000 number recharge and the Care Plan rate. We do not publish a per-action rupee price for everything elseGenuinely strong here. Their /credits page publishes "1 credit ≈ ₹0.50", an itemised rupee price for every chargeable action, and "Unused credits roll over on renewal" — carrying their own caveat that "Pricing shown is for reference; final cost is locked at subscription start"
Who the product is built forAny Indian business. Seven agents: Receptionist, Leads, Sales, WhatsApp, Instagram, Booking and PaymentsClinics and hospitals specifically, with the receptionist designed to sit alongside their clinic management software and calendar
Who builds it, and how fastWe do. The founder personally scopes, builds, tests and tunes your agent around your actual workflow. Live in days; tell us the problem on WhatsApp and get a plan and a price usually within a daySelf-serve product, configured by you. Their pages state clinics are "fully onboarded over WhatsApp within 15 days of payment" and the product page carries a "15 days to go live" stat

Pick Dvaarik when

Dvaarik is the better choice

  • Your call volume is meaningful. Using only published figures, and assuming no included credits on their side, the two structures cross at roughly 600 minutes a month — past that, ₹2/min against ₹4/min compounds every month.
  • You are not a clinic. ConnectAI is built for clinics and hospitals; a gym, showroom, salon, restaurant or real-estate desk is outside what their product is designed around.
  • Your customers speak more than Hindi and Indian English. We handle 22 Indian languages and the code-mixed way people actually talk.
  • You want the agent built for you rather than configured by you — scoped, wired into your CRM or sheets, tested with real calls, and tuned after launch.
  • You run Meta or Google ads and want every new lead called back within about 60 seconds, which is the workflow we build most often.
  • You want one brain across channels: calls, WhatsApp on your own number, Instagram DMs and comment-to-DM rules, bookings and payment links in the same conversation.
  • You would rather pay for what you actually use than pay a monthly fee in a quiet month, and you do not want a plan sitting between you and your own phone line.

Pick ConnectAI when

ConnectAI is the better choice

  • You are already running ConnectAI's AI Clinic Automation Suite. The receptionist drops to ₹499/month as an add-on and shares your existing patient records, calendar and WhatsApp automation — adding a separate vendor next to that is worse integration for you, whatever the per-minute rate says.
  • Your call volume is low. At around 50 minutes a month you would pay ConnectAI roughly ₹1,000 all in, while Dvaarik's ₹2,000 per 30 days number recharge is a fixed floor before a single minute is billed. Below the crossover they are simply cheaper, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • Upfront cost matters most and the founding slots are gone. Their ₹800 first month plus a one-time ₹1,000 clinic onboarding against our ₹10,000 minimum first credit load and ₹40,000 custom build is not a close call once our 10 founding places are filled.
  • You want to buy without talking to anyone. Their pricing page states that every product has one price, no demo is required to see it, and there is no call for a quote — that is a real advantage over most of this market, and over an agency model that starts with a conversation.
  • You want to model your usage cost to the rupee before you commit. Their credits page publishes 1 credit ≈ ₹0.50, an itemised price for every chargeable action, and that unused credits roll over on renewal. That is more granular published usage pricing than we offer, and if bringing your own WhatsApp Business account matters to you, they price that at zero credits per message.
  • You want a clinic-shaped product, not a general agent adapted to a clinic. Appointment booking, reminder calls, call logs with recordings, transcripts and captured intent are built around clinic workflows rather than configured into them.

Frequently asked

Questions about Dvaarik vs ConnectAI

What does ConnectAI actually cost?

+
On the figures ConnectAI publishes and we re-read on 26 Jul 2026: ₹800 per month standalone, or ₹499 per month if you take it as an add-on to their AI Clinic Automation Suite, plus ₹4 per minute of talk-time billed as 8 credits from your clinic credit wallet. New clinics also pay a one-time ₹1,000 onboarding fee. Their voice page adds that the plan includes credits, though it does not say how many, so some talk-time may already be covered. Their pricing page publishes all of this openly with no quote request, which is worth saying plainly.

Do I have to subscribe to ConnectAI to use the AI receptionist?

+
Yes. Their product FAQ states that the subscription — ₹800/mo standalone or ₹499/mo as a Suite add-on — unlocks the receptionist, and their credits page puts it beyond doubt: "Credits are usable only with an active subscription." Talk-time is then billed at ₹4 per minute on top. Dvaarik has no subscription of any kind: you prepay credits and voice draws them down at ₹2/min from the very first minute, with no minimum volume and no lock-in.

Is Dvaarik cheaper than ConnectAI?

+
It depends entirely on your minutes, and below a certain volume the honest answer is no. Taking only what both companies publish — ConnectAI at ₹800/month plus ₹4/min, Dvaarik at ₹2/min plus a ₹2,000 per 30 days number recharge — the two land at the same monthly cost at roughly 600 minutes of talk-time, both at ₹3,200. Two caveats we owe you. First, that maths assumes none of your minutes are covered by the credits their plan includes, because they publish no quantity; if some are, the crossover moves higher in their favour. Second, it excludes their one-time ₹1,000 onboarding and our setup and Care Plan — and if you are a founding client paying the ₹5,000/month Care Plan in months 1 to 3, the crossover in those months is nearer 3,100 minutes. Under those thresholds ConnectAI costs you less. Over them, the ₹2 against ₹4 gap widens every month.

How many languages does ConnectAI support?

+
They do not publish a count. Their product FAQ says the voice agent is tuned for Indian-English accents and common Hindi phrasing, and we found no language number anywhere on their pages. We are not going to invent one for them. Dvaarik covers 22 Indian languages plus code-mixed speech such as Hinglish, Tenglish and Tanglish, so if your patients or customers speak Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali or Kannada, that is a real difference to test on a call rather than take on trust.

Does ConnectAI lock you into a contract?

+
Their site gives two answers and does not reconcile them, so here is exactly what is published. The voice receptionist's own plan chooser offers three terms only — 3 Months at ₹2,400 total, 6 Months at ₹4,800, Annual at ₹9,600 — all at a flat ₹800/month, with no one-month option displayed. The same page's hero line says "Cancel anytime", their pricing card for the product carries no minimum-term label, and their pricing FAQ says most subscriptions are month-to-month, cancellable with 30 days notice once any minimum commitment is complete. The 3-month minimums they state explicitly apply to other products — the AI Clinic Automation Suite billed upfront at ₹7,497 and Dhanwantri WhatsApp at ₹5,997. Ask them to confirm in writing before you pay. Dvaarik has no contract, though founding clients do commit to the Care Plan for the first 3 months at ₹5,000/month as the stated trade for the free build.

Is ConnectAI's price inclusive of GST?

+
They do not say. We searched the raw HTML of their pricing, voice product and credits pages on 26 Jul 2026 and found no GST statement at all, so their figures cannot fairly be described as either inclusive or exclusive — budget with that uncertainty and ask them. Dvaarik states it openly: all our prices are exclusive of GST, and 18% applies when you load credits, so a ₹10,000 credit load is billed ₹11,800, of which ₹10,000 is usable balance.

I already use ConnectAI's clinic software. Should I switch?

+
Probably not, and we would rather say so. At ₹499/month as a Suite add-on, their receptionist sits inside the system that already holds your patient records, calendar and WhatsApp automation. Splitting that across two vendors to save on a per-minute rate usually costs you more in broken handoffs than it saves in rupees. The case for switching is when your call volume is high enough that the rate difference dominates, when you need languages beyond Hindi and Indian English, or when you want channels and workflows their clinic product does not cover.

What is different about how Dvaarik is delivered?

+
ConnectAI is a product you subscribe to and configure, onboarded over WhatsApp within 15 days. Dvaarik is a custom build: you describe the problem on WhatsApp, we come back with a plan and a price usually within a day, and the founder builds, tests and tunes the agent around your actual workflow — inbound answering, ad leads called back in about 60 seconds, WhatsApp follow-ups from your own number with zero markup on Meta's charges, Instagram replies, bookings and payment links — typically live in days. You can call or chat our live demo agent at app.dvaarik.com/dvaarik-ai before any of that, with no signup.
