A second block further down, headed \"Premium AI Partnerships\", lists Essential at ₹49,000 setup then ₹19,999/month, Professional at ₹1,49,000 setup then ₹49,999/month, Enterprise from ₹3,99,000 with a tailored monthly retainer, and Bespoke at custom pricing. Their service catalogue prices the closest thing to our product directly: \"Core AI Voice Receptionist — From ₹14,999 /month\". Sector bundles run from ₹9,999/mo and ₹12,999/mo. An AI Transformation Audit is ₹9,999 one-time, though the page describes it both as something \"Every engagement starts with\" and, higher up, as an optional route for people \"Not ready to commit\", alongside an offer of a free strategy call. All read on their pricing page on 26 Jul 2026. What they do not publish anywhere is a per-minute figure of their own. Their AI Voice Agents page says only \"We charge based on call minutes consumed\". Their separate pricing-guide page shows ₹3–₹8/min, but inside a table headed \"Component | Typical range | Notes\" under the line \"A production-grade AI voice agent in India costs…\", which is guidance about the Indian market rather than an MNB rate card. We have kept that distinction throughout. Dvaarik works the other way round. We are not a consultancy retainer and not a SaaS plan. The founder builds a custom AI agent for your business — Receptionist, Leads, Sales, WhatsApp, Instagram, Booking or Payments — and you pay ₹2 per minute of talk time on simple per-minute billing, plus ₹2 per chat conversation, from credits that never expire. That ₹2/min applies from your very first minute: no subscription, no minimum volume, no lock-in. Setup is ₹40,000 one-time and is currently free for our ten founding clients, in return for the Care Plan for the first three months at the founding rate of ₹5,000/month and an honest testimonial plus a short case study after go-live. Dvaarik suits the narrower and much more common problem: the phone rings and nobody picks it up, or an ad lead goes cold in twenty minutes. Be careful with the arithmetic, because the honest picture is mixed. Their published monthly entry is lower than ours. Starter is from ₹9,999/month, sector bundles from ₹9,999/mo, and single-purpose items go down to ₹3,999/month for reviews and ₹4,999/month for booking and reminders. Our required monthly cost in the first three months is ₹5,000 Care Plan plus ₹2,000 per 30 days for the number, so we start at ₹7,000 before a single minute is spoken. Against their ₹14,999/month AI Voice Receptionist, the closest published equivalent to what we build, we come out lower until roughly 4,000 minutes of talk time a month. Against a ₹9,999/mo bundle the crossover is near 1,500 minutes. Above those points a fixed monthly figure can genuinely cost you less, and it is easier for a finance team to sign off. Both sides of that sum use pre-tax figures, because we state that our prices exclude GST and they state nothing either way. The sharpest real difference is not the headline number, it is transparency of usage cost. If you engage MNB you will have to ask what a minute costs, because as of 26 Jul 2026 they do not publish it for their own service, and their setup fee on the Starter and Growth tiers is published only as \"+ one-time setup\" with no amount.
