If you searched Vyora AI, read this first

Vyora AI and Dvaarik both put an AI voice on Indian phone calls, but they are shaped for different jobs. Vyora is a self-serve, no-code platform aimed mainly at outbound campaign calling: you describe an agent, pick a voice, upload a lead list and start dialling. Their plan units say it plainly — the limits are counted in "contacts per campaign" — and their sitemap on 26 Jul 2026 is built around outbound work (COD confirmation, EMI reminders, admissions calling, recruitment screening, real-estate follow-up). They also handle the Indian telecom compliance for you: calls route through registered 160-series numbers with DND scrubbing built in. Dvaarik is not software you configure. We build one custom agent for your business — inbound answering, ad leads called back in about 60 seconds, WhatsApp follow-up, Instagram replies, bookings and payments — and bill usage from prepaid credits at ₹2/min with no subscription.

  • Choose Vyora if the job is outbound and you want to start yourself: a free plan with 50 credits and no card, then ₹799/month for a bundled 1,700 credits, with the TRAI and DLT compliance handled for you.
  • Choose Dvaarik if the job is inbound — the enquiry that rings at 9pm and nobody picks up — or if you need voice, WhatsApp, Instagram, booking and payments in one system that somebody else builds and runs.
  • Compare on the shape of the bill, not just the sticker. Vyora bills a fixed monthly fee whether you call or not, though unused credits roll over and never expire. Dvaarik bills usage at ₹2/min, plus the ₹2,000 number recharge and, in the founding first 3 months, the ₹5,000 care plan — so our floor in a quiet month is higher than theirs.

The 60-second verdict

Vyora AI publishes its prices openly: a free plan at ₹0 with 50 one-time credits and no card required, Builder at ₹799/month for 1,700 credits (which Vyora states as ~113 minutes), Business at ₹3,449/month for 8,000 credits (~533 minutes), and a quote-only Enterprise tier at "Custom pricing" — all read on vyora.ai/pricing on 26 Jul 2026, on their published conversion of 15 credits = 1 call minute. Credits roll over, never expire, and stay on the account after cancellation. One-time top-up packs run from ₹50 for 75 credits to ₹1,000 for 2,250 credits, and Vyora states top-ups "stack with any plan including Free" — so a subscription is not strictly required to pay them. Add-ons are ₹749/month for an extra dedicated number, ₹199/month for an extra agent slot and ₹99/month for an extra 1,000 contacts. There is no setup fee: their homepage states "No developer, no onboarding call, no setup fee." Dividing their own published figures gives an effective ₹6.47 per minute on the ₹3,449 plan and about ₹7.07 per minute on the ₹799 plan — that division is ours, not a rate Vyora quotes, and it describes a bundled monthly allowance rather than a metered rate, so light users pay more per minute and heavy users top up. The more useful difference is not the number. Vyora is self-serve software you configure and wire up yourself, built mainly for outbound campaigns over a lead list, on numbers it provisions for you (their own integration page states there is "no bring-your-own-number option today"). Dvaarik builds one custom agent for you, live in days, covering inbound answering, speed-to-lead callbacks, WhatsApp, Instagram, booking and payments, billed from prepaid credits at ₹2/min from the first minute with no subscription, no minimum volume and no lock-in.

These two are not really competing for the same job, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. Pick Vyora if you have a lead list and want outbound calls going out today without talking to anyone — the free plan costs nothing, Builder is ₹799/month, the credits roll over and never expire, cancellation stops the next renewal, and they handle the TRAI and DLT compliance so you do not have to. For a small business testing whether AI calling works at all, that is a sensible first step we cannot match on entry price, and we will not pretend we can. Pick Dvaarik if the calls you are losing are coming IN — the gym enquiry at 9pm, the clinic call during a consultation — or if you want one system that answers the phone, calls the ad lead back in about a minute, follows up on WhatsApp from your own number, replies to Instagram DMs, books the slot and takes the deposit, with the CRM and sheet wiring done for you before go-live rather than left as an API you integrate yourself. Our claim is terms, not price: ₹2/min from the very first minute, no subscription, no minimum volume, no lock-in. Be clear-eyed about the trade — Dvaarik asks for a ₹10,000 minimum first credit load and the care plan for the first three months, so month one costs materially more cash than a free signup or a ₹799 plan. What you get for it is a system somebody else scoped, built, tested and runs with you.

Feature-by-feature comparison of Dvaarik AI and Vyora AI for Indian businesses
FeatureDvaarik AIVyora AI
What the product is built forOne custom agent covering inbound answering, outbound speed-to-lead callbacks, WhatsApp, Instagram, booking and paymentsMainly outbound campaign calling — plan limits are counted in "contacts per campaign", the flow is "describe your agent, pick a voice, upload your leads", and the sitemap is outbound throughout. One homepage agent card, "Customer Support Agent", says it "Provides 24/7 inbound call answering for FAQs and customer triage" (vyora.ai, 26 Jul 2026)
Published rate₹2/min voice with simple per-minute billing, ₹2 per chat conversation — metered from the first minuteBundled monthly allowances, not a metered rate: ₹799/mo = 1,700 credits (~113 min); ₹3,449/mo = 8,000 credits (~533 min); 15 credits = 1 call minute (vyora.ai/pricing, 26 Jul 2026). Vyora publishes no per-minute rate. Dividing their own figures gives ₹6.47/min and about ₹7.07/min — our arithmetic on a bundled allowance, not a rate they quote
How you start payingNo subscription at any point. Prepaid credits only, ₹10,000 minimum first load, then top-ups from ₹500A subscription is the main route but not the only one: paid tiers are monthly plans, and Vyora states top-ups "stack with any plan including Free", so you can buy a one-time ₹50 pack without subscribing. Top-ups are bought by emailing hello@vyora.ai (vyora.ai/pricing, 26 Jul 2026)
Cost of a month with no callsNo usage charge, but not zero: you still pay the ₹2,000 number recharge and, in the founding first 3 months, the ₹5,000 care plan — both debited from credits, so roughly ₹7,000 a month in that windowLower. ₹799 or ₹3,449 is charged regardless on a paid plan, but unused credits roll over and never expire, and a Free-plan user on top-ups pays nothing at all in a quiet month (vyora.ai/pricing, 26 Jul 2026)
Minimum volumeNone. No minimum minutes, no committed volume. There is a ₹10,000 minimum first credit load, then top-ups from ₹500None found. We could not find a minimum-minutes commitment or an overage rate on their pricing page, terms and conditions or refund policy (checked 26 Jul 2026) — there is no overage mechanism, only top-up packs
Setup fee₹40,000 custom build — free for our 10 founding clients, in return for the care plan's first 3 months at the founding rate and an honest testimonial after go-liveNone. Their homepage states "No developer, no onboarding call, no setup fee" (vyora.ai, 26 Jul 2026)
Lock-in and cancellationNo contract. Care plan required for the founding first 3 months, optional from month 4, cancel anytime after. Credits never expireClean terms. Refund policy: "You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; we do not refund the current, already-charged billing period, since that period's credits have already been added to your account." Credits survive cancellation. Their terms and conditions separately say either party may end the service engagement "with reasonable notice" (vyora.ai/refund-policy and /terms-and-conditions, 26 Jul 2026)
Languages22+ Indian languages including English, and code-mixed speech such as Hinglish8: "English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, and Gujarati" (vyora.ai/pricing FAQ, 26 Jul 2026)
Phone numberYour own number, ₹2,000 per 30 days auto-debited from creditsNumbers are provisioned by Vyora, not brought by you — their integration guide states "there is no bring-your-own-number option today". Shared pool number on Free and Builder; 1 dedicated number on the ₹3,449 Business plan; extra dedicated number ₹749/mo on any plan. Calls route through registered 160-series numbers with DND scrubbing (vyora.ai, 26 Jul 2026)
CRM, sheets and API wiringWe do the wiring. Your CRM, Google Sheets, internal APIs and custom apps are connected during the build, tested before you go live, and retuned as part of the care planYou do the wiring, and the tools for it are live. Their pricing table prints "API & webhooks soon" and "CRM integrations soon" on the Free, Builder and Business tiers, but their own docs and integration guide say the opposite and are more current: "Vyora's public REST API is live, not 'coming soon'", with a full v1 reference at vyora.ai/docs/api. Native connectors are a different matter — WooCommerce is native and live; Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and LeadSquared are "Via public API + webhooks — live. No native connector yet", wired by you "via Zapier or a small script" (26 Jul 2026)
WhatsApp and InstagramWhatsApp from your own number — Meta bills your account directly and Dvaarik adds zero markup. Instagram DM and comment automation includedVoice only as a first-party channel. Their own WhatsApp playbook page tells you to "Connect your WhatsApp tool via webhook to complete the workflow", so WhatsApp is something you bring and wire yourself. No Instagram channel found (vyora.ai/ai-calling-whatsapp-india, 26 Jul 2026)
Who builds itWe do. The founder scopes, builds, tests and tunes your agent, live in days, then runs it with youYou do, on the self-serve plans: "Describe your agent, pick a voice, upload your leads — and start calling in under 5 minutes". Their terms do mention "voice agent setup, and campaign management services" agreed separately with each client, so hands-on help may be available outside the published plans — worth asking them (vyora.ai and /terms-and-conditions, 26 Jul 2026)

Pick Dvaarik when

Dvaarik is the better choice

  • The calls you are losing are inbound. A gym enquiry at 9pm, a clinic call during a consultation, a showroom call on a Sunday. Vyora's plan meters, signup flow and sitemap are built around outbound campaigns over a lead list, and their Free and Builder plans put you on a shared pool number.
  • You want to keep your own number. Vyora provisions its numbers for you and states plainly that there is no bring-your-own-number option today; Dvaarik runs your agent on your number.
  • You want the integrations wired for you, not by you. Vyora's public API and webhooks are live and documented, but connecting Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or a spreadsheet is your job, via Zapier or a script. We do that work during the build and test it before you go live.
  • One system, not one channel. Voice, WhatsApp from your own number with zero Dvaarik markup, Instagram DMs and comment-to-DM rules, slot-locking bookings and payment links mid-conversation — all built together rather than webhooked together.
  • You want more Indian languages than eight. Vyora publishes support for 8; Dvaarik covers 22+, including code-mixed speech customers actually use.
  • You pay only for what you use. Dvaarik meters at ₹2/min from the first minute with no subscription and no minimum volume, so a heavy month and a light month cost what they cost, rather than fitting a bundle you picked in advance.
  • You do not want to build and tune it yourself. Nobody on your side writes prompts, tests voices or debugs a campaign — we build it, launch it in days, and keep tuning it.

Pick Vyora AI when

Vyora AI is the better choice

  • The entry price is genuinely lower and we will not pretend otherwise. The free plan gives 50 credits with no card required, and Builder is ₹799/month for 1,700 credits. Dvaarik asks for a ₹10,000 minimum first credit load. For a small buyer testing whether AI calling works at all, Vyora is the cheaper way to find out.
  • A quiet month costs less with them. In our founding first three months Dvaarik's floor is roughly ₹7,000 a month before a single minute is used — the ₹2,000 number recharge plus the ₹5,000 care plan. A Vyora Builder plan is ₹799 whether you call or not, and a Free-plan user buying occasional top-ups pays nothing in a month with no calls.
  • Their credit terms are better than most bundled plans in this market. Credits roll over indefinitely, never expire, and stay on the account after cancellation, so a quiet month does not burn your allowance. Top-ups stack with any plan including Free, which means you can pay them ₹50 without ever taking a subscription.
  • Indian calling compliance is handled for you. Calls route through registered 160-series numbers with DND scrubbing built in, and their integration guide says they take care of the DLT registration as part of the platform. If you do not want to think about TRAI at all, that is a real, published advantage.
  • The API and webhooks are live today, not a promise. They publish a full v1 REST reference at vyora.ai/docs/api covering agents, calls, analytics and webhook events, plus a native no-code WooCommerce connector. If you have a developer or you are comfortable in Zapier, you can wire it yourself in an afternoon and owe nobody a build fee.
  • Self-serve speed with nobody in the loop. You can sign up, describe an agent, upload a list and be dialling in minutes without a call, a scope document or a build queue. Dvaarik cannot match that — our model requires us to talk to you first.
  • If the job is purely outbound campaign calling over a lead list — COD confirmation, EMI reminders, admissions follow-up, recruitment screening — that is exactly what Vyora is built and marketed for, and a purpose-built tool can beat a broader custom build.

Frequently asked

Questions about Dvaarik vs Vyora AI

How much does Vyora AI cost?

+
On vyora.ai/pricing, read 26 Jul 2026, Vyora publishes a free plan at ₹0 with 50 one-time credits and no card required, Builder at ₹799/month with 1,700 credits, Business at ₹3,449/month with 8,000 credits, and a quote-only Enterprise tier at "Custom pricing". Their published conversion is 15 credits = 1 call minute, and they state this as approximately 113 minutes on Builder and 533 minutes on Business. These are bundled monthly allowances rather than metered rates. One-time top-up packs run from ₹50 for 75 credits to ₹1,000 for 2,250 credits, and stack with any plan including Free. We could not find a statement on their site about whether these prices include or exclude GST, so check that with them.

What does Vyora work out to per minute?

+
Vyora does not publish a per-minute rate at all, so this is our arithmetic on their own published figures rather than a rate they quote — and it describes a bundled allowance, so the real per-minute cost moves with how much of the bundle you use. ₹3,449 divided by the ~533 minutes they state is ₹6.47 per minute; ₹799 divided by ~113 minutes is about ₹7.07 per minute; the ₹1,000 Scale top-up at 2,250 credits works out to about ₹6.67 per minute. Two fair caveats in their favour: unused credits roll over indefinitely and never expire, so a light month does not waste the allowance, and transcripts, recording and AI analysis are included on every call at no extra charge. Dvaarik is ₹2/min, metered from the first minute, with no subscription.

Can Vyora answer my incoming calls?

+
Partly, on their own account. Their homepage lists a Customer Support agent card that "Provides 24/7 inbound call answering for FAQs and customer triage", so inbound is claimed. But the product is clearly shaped around outbound: the plan limits are counted in "contacts per campaign", the onboarding flow is "upload your leads", Free and Builder plans use a shared pool number rather than a dedicated one, and their sitemap on 26 Jul 2026 lists outbound pages — COD confirmation, EMI reminders, admissions calling, recruitment screening — with no dedicated inbound or AI receptionist page. Their integration guide also states there is no bring-your-own-number option today. If missed incoming calls on your existing number are your actual problem, check this carefully with Vyora before buying.

Does Vyora integrate with my CRM?

+
Yes, through their API — with one caveat about their own pricing page. As published on 26 Jul 2026 the pricing table prints "API & webhooks soon" and "CRM integrations soon" on the Free, Builder and Business tiers, but their API reference and integration guide say the opposite and are more current: "Vyora's public REST API is live, not 'coming soon'", with a full v1 reference at vyora.ai/docs/api. What is genuinely not shipped yet is native connectors — WooCommerce is native and live, while Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and LeadSquared are listed as "Via public API + webhooks — live. No native connector yet", meaning you wire them yourself via Zapier or a script. The Dvaarik difference is who does that work: we wire your CRM, Google Sheets, internal APIs or custom app into the agent during the build and test it before you go live.

Is Vyora locked in? What happens if I cancel?

+
We found no minimum term published. Their refund policy, read 26 Jul 2026, states: "You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; we do not refund the current, already-charged billing period, since that period's credits have already been added to your account." Unused credits stay on the account and never expire even after cancellation, though top-up packs are non-refundable once added and downgrades only take effect from the next cycle. Their terms and conditions add that either party may end the service engagement "with reasonable notice". These are fair terms and worth saying plainly.

Which should I choose for my business?

+
If you have a lead list and want outbound calls going out this week, self-serve, start with Vyora — the free plan costs nothing to try, Builder is ₹799/month, the credit terms are honest, and they handle the TRAI and DLT compliance. If the calls you are losing are the ones coming in after hours, or you want your own number, or you want voice, WhatsApp, Instagram, bookings and payments running as one system that somebody else builds, wires and tunes for you, that is what Dvaarik does: ₹2/min from the first minute, no subscription, no minimum volume, no lock-in. Tell us your problem on WhatsApp at +91 93923 98750, or try the live agent at app.dvaarik.com/dvaarik-ai first.
