Honest comparison
Superfone vs Dvaarik: ₹1,500/mo vs ₹2/min
Superfone is a business phone number and CRM with AI agents sold on top of it. Dvaarik is a custom AI agent with no phone system attached. The overlap is narrower than the search results suggest, so this page is mostly about which problem you are actually solving. Every Superfone figure was read on superfone.in on 26 Jul 2026.

If you searched Superfone or a Superfone alternative, read this first
These two products start from opposite ends. Superfone sells a business phone number — one shared virtual number for your team, with IVR, call recording, number masking, a CRM and lead integrations — and then sells AI agents as plans that sit on that platform. Its own pricing page leads with "Get started at just ₹599 p.m." for the phone plan alone; the AI Receptionist is a separate ₹1,500/month plan. Dvaarik sells no phone system at all. We build one custom AI agent around your workflow — calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, bookings, payment links — and charge ₹2/min for voice with no plan underneath it. If what you need is a second business number your staff share, Superfone is the product and we are not a substitute for it. If what you need is an agent that holds the conversation itself and the phone line is incidental, that is the comparison worth running, and it is a real one: Superfone's AI Receptionist genuinely answers calls, replies on WhatsApp and books appointments.
- Choose Superfone if the job is a shared business number with call management and CRM for a human team, and AI is something you want to layer on later.
- Choose Dvaarik if the job is an AI agent that handles the conversation end to end, built and tuned for you, with no phone system or seats to administer.
- Compare on landed cost at your actual call volume — Superfone's ₹1,500 plan bundles 300 minutes and rides your existing SIM, ours is ₹2/min plus a ₹2,000/30-day number. On our arithmetic over their published top-up steps the crossover sits around 500 to 600 minutes a month, so run it against your own volume.
The 60-second verdict
Superfone's AI Receptionist is published at ₹1,500 per month including 300 AI call minutes and 500 WhatsApp sessions, or ₹3,600 per quarter for 900 minutes and 1,500 sessions — read on superfone.in/pricing and superfone.in/ai-receptionist on 26 Jul 2026, where both pages agree. Beyond the bundle, extra minutes are topped up at a published "Top-up AI min pulse rate: ₹5 per minute (rounded-up)", and their own top-up table shows an effective cost per AI minute of ₹5 on a ₹1,000 load, ₹4 on ₹2,000 and ₹3 on ₹6,000. Dvaarik's voice rate is ₹2 per minute from the very first minute, with no subscription, no minimum volume and no lock-in. But the per-minute number is not the honest headline here, because the two products are not really the same thing. Superfone is a business phone platform first: the base plan is ₹599/month for one Superfone virtual number and 3 users, billed in 90-day blocks (₹2,120 including GST for a quarter), with IVR Lite, 30-day auto call recording, number masking and a web dashboard for the owner. The All-in-One Pro CRM plan is ₹1,499/month with lead capture, IVR Pro and WhatsApp Business API. The AI Receptionist and AI Sales Agent are plans layered onto that — and to Superfone's credit, the AI Receptionist can run standalone on your existing SIM without buying the phone plan at all, which is a genuinely low-friction way in. Their published AI Agent setup charge is ₹1,500 one-time, all prices carry "+18% GST applicable on all prices", and their pricing page states plainly: "We do not have a refund policy. Please make use of our Free Trial facility before making a purchase." Dvaarik does not sell a phone system, a shared inbox or seats for your staff. We build one agent, personally, live in days, and bill minutes and the number from a single prepaid credit balance. At around 300 minutes a month Superfone's bundled ₹1,500 on your existing SIM lands well below our ₹600 of voice plus ₹2,000 for the number, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. Past roughly 500 to 600 minutes a month, the arithmetic on their own published top-up steps turns the other way.
Superfone suits a small Indian business that wants a proper business phone number today: one number the whole team shares, incoming and outgoing call sharing, IVR, recording, number masking, a CRM with lead capture from Google Ads, Meta Ads, IndiaMart, Justdial, WordPress, WhatsApp API, MagicBricks, 99Acres and Housing, and an AI receptionist you can switch on for ₹1,500/month and train yourself from their app in a couple of minutes. It is a newer, cheaper, simpler entry point than a custom build, its rate card is published openly rather than hidden behind a quote form, and it rides your existing SIM so your customers keep calling the number they already know. If you have a human team who need to share a line and you want AI as one more feature on that platform, buy Superfone — we do not sell that product and cannot pretend to. Dvaarik suits a business where the agent is the point, not a feature: you want the conversation itself handled, across calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, bookings and payment links, built around how your business actually works rather than configured out of a template. We charge ₹2/min from the first minute with no plan, no minimum volume and no lock-in, cover all 22 scheduled Indian languages plus code-mixed speech, and add zero markup on Meta's WhatsApp charges. The honest summary is that these two mostly do not compete. Where they do — a small business choosing between switching on Superfone's AI Receptionist and commissioning an agent from us — Superfone wins on speed and on the first few hundred minutes a month, and we win on per-minute cost at volume, on languages, and on the agent being built rather than assembled.

Dvaarik AI vs Superfone
| Feature | Dvaarik AI | Superfone |
|---|---|---|
| What you are actually buying | One custom AI agent, built for your business and live in days. No phone system, no seats, no dashboard for your staff to administer. The agent handles calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, bookings and payment links as one brain. | A business phone product with AI layered on. Their homepage headline is "India's first AI-ready business phone number"; the base plan gives "1 Superfone Virtual Number" and "3 Users (incl owner)" with IVR Lite, 30-day auto call recording, number masking and a "Web dashboard (owner only)". AI Receptionist and AI Sales Agent are separate plans on top. Read on superfone.in and superfone.in/pricing, 26 Jul 2026. |
| Published AI voice rate | ₹2/min on the Bharat Standard tier — our permanent base rate, not a founding discount, with simple per-minute billing on whole minutes. Studio HD ₹3/min and global voices ₹4–5/min only if you choose them. Call recording +₹0.10/min. | No standalone per-minute rate for the plan itself — minutes come bundled. Beyond the bundle their pricing page publishes "Top-up AI min pulse rate: ₹5 per minute (rounded-up)", and their own top-up table lists "Effective cost per AI minute" of ₹5 on a ₹1,000 load, ₹4 on ₹2,000 and ₹3 on ₹6,000. Their card also notes "AI call minutes are counted both for outgoing & incoming calls". Read on superfone.in/pricing, 26 Jul 2026. |
| Subscription required to start | None. Prepaid credits only — one balance for voice, chat and the number. No plan, no tier, no renewal. | Yes. Every published route to the AI agents is a recurring plan: AI Receptionist ₹1,500/month or ₹3,600/quarter, AI Sales Agent standalone ₹3,500/month or ₹9,000/quarter, AI Sales Agent add-on ₹3,000/month or ₹7,500/quarter. Top-ups buy extra minutes on top of a plan, not instead of one. |
| Included minutes and minimum volume | No minimum volume and no bundle to use up. You pay ₹2/min for the minutes you actually use; unused credit stays as credit. | Minutes are bundled and time-boxed. AI Receptionist: "300 AI call minutes / month" and "500 WA sessions /month" monthly, or "900 AI call minutes /quarter" and "1500 WA sessions / quarter". AI Sales Agent: 500 AI call minutes per month, 1,500 per quarter. A quiet month does not carry forward. |
| Setup fee | ₹40,000 for the custom build — currently free for our 10 founding clients, in return for the Care Plan's first 3 months at the founding rate of ₹5,000/month and an honest testimonial plus a short case study after go-live. That is the whole trade, stated plainly. | Much lower, and published openly on their Add-ons tab: "AI Agent ₹1500", "All-in-One plan ₹1000", "Whatsapp API ₹1000 [self-setup is free]", "TC app login ₹500". A one-time ₹1,500 to switch on an AI agent is a fraction of any custom build, ours included. |
| Minimum term and lock-in | No contract on credits. Credits never expire and at zero balance everything pauses gracefully rather than billing you. Founding clients do commit to the Care Plan for the first 3 months at ₹5,000/month; it is optional from month 4. | The AI Receptionist is available month to month at ₹1,500, which is genuinely flexible. The phone plan is not sold monthly — the shortest option is "Quarterly 90 days" at ₹599/month, billed "₹2120 incl. gst" upfront, with Half Yearly and Yearly above it. Their add-ons note adds: "All add-ons have to purchased for the full team & for full duration of your current plan." |
| Money needed to begin | Minimum first credit load ₹10,000, billed ₹11,800 with 18% GST. Month one debits ₹2,000 for the number and ₹5,000 for the Care Plan, leaving roughly ₹3,000 for usage. | Far less. On their published figures the AI Receptionist on your existing SIM is ₹1,500 for the first month plus the ₹1,500 AI Agent setup — ₹3,000, or about ₹3,540 with the 18% GST their page says applies to all prices. That addition is our arithmetic on their published numbers, not a figure Superfone prints. They also advertise a free trial. |
| Telephony and the phone number | We supply the number. Number plus one concurrent line is ₹2,000 per 30 days, auto-debited from the same credits as your minutes — one balance, one invoice, a published price. | No new number needed for the AI Receptionist: "Can be used on your existing SIM, or as an add-on to Business Phone Plan", and the product page repeats "Works on your existing SIM number" and "Use it with your existing SIM card". Your customers keep dialling the number they already know, and there is no separate number charge. This is a real advantage over our ₹2,000/30 days. |
| Who builds and trains the agent | We do. The founder personally scopes, builds, tests on real calls and tunes your agent, then keeps tuning it under the Care Plan. You describe the problem; you do not configure anything. | You do, and they make that fast: "Create your agent in 2 mins", "Train the receptionist right from the Superfone AI Agent app", "Upload website, documents, PDF, or send voice notes". Self-serve is the whole design, which is a strength if you want to be live this afternoon and a limit if your workflow is unusual. |
| Indian languages | All 22 scheduled Indian languages plus code-mixed speech — Hinglish, Tenglish, Tanglish — on the ₹2/min base tier. Global voices at ₹4–5/min where a business genuinely needs them. | "Speaks in 10 languages", stated on superfone.in/ai-receptionist alongside "Natural human-like voices". The page does not name which ten, or say how many of them are Indian, so we cannot tell you whether your customers' language is on the list — that is worth asking them directly. |
| WhatsApp and Meta charges | Part of the build, from your own WhatsApp Business number, with no separate monthly plan. Meta bills your own account directly and Dvaarik adds zero markup — you can verify it on your own Meta invoice. Coexistence included: when you reply by hand, the AI steps aside. | Their All-in-One Pro card lists "₹0.2 markup over Meta template charges", so there is a stated per-template margin on top of what Meta charges. WhatsApp API activation is required, and setup is "₹1000 [self-setup is free]". Sessions are metered — 500/month on the AI Receptionist plan, with "AI Whatsapp sessions top-up: ₹300 for 500 sessions". Coexistence is supported: "You can continue to use Whatsapp Business app via co-existence." |
| Unused minutes and refunds | Credits never expire, whatever you spend them on. There is no bundle to forfeit and nothing lapses if you pause. | Topped-up minutes survive only while you keep paying: "Top-up AI minutes don't expire as long as plan is active", and the product page is explicit that "If the plan is stopped, all remaining topped up minutes expire." On refunds their pricing page states "We do not have a refund policy. Please make use of our Free Trial facility before making a purchase." |
Pick Dvaarik when
Dvaarik is the better choice
- Your call volume is past roughly 500 to 600 minutes a month. On their own published top-up steps, 1,000 AI minutes needs the ₹1,500 plan plus about ₹3,000 of top-ups; with us 1,000 minutes is ₹2,000 of voice plus ₹2,000 for the number. That comparison is our arithmetic on Superfone's published figures, so check it against your own numbers.
- You want ₹2/min from the very first minute, with no subscription, no minimum volume and no lock-in — rather than a plan whose bundled minutes reset every month whether you used them or not.
- Your customers code-mix. We cover all 22 scheduled Indian languages plus Hinglish, Tenglish and Tanglish on the base rate; Superfone publishes "10 languages" without naming them.
- You want the agent built around your actual workflow rather than trained by uploading a PDF — unusual booking rules, deposit collection, qualification logic, CRM writebacks that no template covers.
- You want WhatsApp with zero markup. Meta bills your own account directly and we add nothing; Superfone's own plan card lists a ₹0.2 markup over Meta template charges.
- You want one agent across calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and comment-to-DM rules, bookings and payment links — not a phone platform with AI as one of its plans.
- You do not want a bundle you can lose. Our credits never expire; their topped-up minutes expire if the plan stops, and their pricing page states they have no refund policy.
- You want to talk to the engineer who built your agent when something needs changing, instead of retraining it yourself.
Pick Superfone when
Superfone is the better choice
- You need a business phone number, not an AI agent — and this is the most likely honest answer. One shared virtual number for the team, incoming and outgoing call sharing, IVR, 30-day auto call recording, number masking, tags, notes and reminders, from ₹599/month. Dvaarik does not sell a phone system at all, so on that job we are not a competitor, we are simply the wrong product.
- The entry price is far lower and the money down is small. AI Receptionist at ₹1,500/month plus a one-time ₹1,500 AI Agent setup, on a plan you can buy monthly, against our ₹40,000 build (free for our 10 founding clients, in return for the Care Plan's first 3 months at ₹5,000/month and an honest case study) and a ₹10,000 minimum first credit load billed at ₹11,800. They also advertise a free trial. If you want to spend a few thousand rupees to find out whether AI answering works for you at all, that is a sensible way to do it.
- It runs on your existing SIM. "Works on your existing SIM number" and "Use it with your existing SIM card" — no porting, no new number on your board, no ₹2,000 per 30 days for a line. Your customers keep calling the number that is already on your signage and your Google listing. For a single-location business that alone can decide it.
- You can be live in minutes, alone, at 11pm. "Create your agent in 2 mins", trained from their app by uploading your website, documents or a voice note. We start with a conversation and a build, which takes days rather than an afternoon.
- At low volume it is cheaper on landed cost. Around 300 AI minutes a month, their ₹1,500 bundle on your existing SIM sits well below our ₹600 of voice plus ₹2,000 for the number, and it stays ahead to roughly 500 minutes. We would rather state that than bury it.
- You want CRM and lead capture bundled in. All-in-One Pro at ₹1,499/month includes lead capture, real-time lead alerts and auto-assignment, 10,000 lead storage, IVR Pro and a web dashboard for all users, with lead integrations listed for Google Ads, Meta Ads, IndiaMart, Justdial, WordPress, WhatsApp API, MagicBricks, 99Acres and Housing. For a real-estate or broking desk already living in those sources, that is a lot of plumbing you do not have to commission.
- Top-up volume discounts are published and steep. Their table shows an effective ₹3 per AI minute on a ₹6,000 top-up, against ₹5 on a ₹1,000 load — a transparent, self-serve volume curve with no sales call needed.
- You want a developer route. Their Voice Platform (API) page offers "Voice & WhatsApp APIs — connect your AI agent, built on your platform" for teams who want to build the agent themselves and use Superfone only for the telephony and the human-team dashboard. No price is published for it, so you would need to ask.
