Honest comparison

Ozonetel vs Dvaarik: quote-only vs ₹2/min

Searching for Ozonetel pricing in India? Their reachable pricing page carries no figure — both plans say "Request pricing" and the page says "Talk to us for custom pricing". They are an enterprise contact-centre platform running since 2007. Dvaarik builds one AI agent for one small business. Here is the honest split.

If you searched Ozonetel, read this first

Ozonetel and Dvaarik are not the same category, and the most useful thing we can tell you is which category you actually need. Ozonetel sells contact-centre infrastructure: CloudAgent, described on their own page as "Ozonetel's cloud-native Contact Center as a Software (CCaaS) Platform", gives you IVR, automatic call distribution, five dialer modes, call recording, quality audits, supervisor dashboards tracking performance across 300+ parameters, and readymade CRM connectors — software your team of agents logs into and operates. They have been doing this since 2007 and their about page says they are known for developing and launching the first cloud-based customer experience platform in the Indian marketplace. They also sell an enterprise Voice AI Agents product, deployed as a custom programme with a consultation and a gradual rollout. Dvaarik is not a platform you operate. We build one custom AI agent that holds the conversation itself — answering your inbound calls, calling your ad leads back in about 60 seconds, following up on WhatsApp from your own number, replying to Instagram DMs, booking slots and taking payments — live in days, billed from prepaid credits at ₹2/min. If you have a floor of agents to route calls to, Ozonetel is built for that and we are not. If you have no floor and the phone is going unanswered, that is our job.

  • Choose Ozonetel if you run or are building a contact centre with human agents — a BPO, a bank's collections floor, an insurer's renewals team — and you need routing, dialers, recording, quality audits and supervisor reporting on a platform with an uptime SLA and published certifications.
  • Choose Dvaarik if there is no agent floor to route to. We build the agent that answers, qualifies, books and follows up, rather than software your staff operate.
  • Expect a sales conversation either way with Ozonetel. As of 26 Jul 2026 we found no rate for any product on any Ozonetel page reachable from India: CA LITE and CloudAgent both show a "Request pricing" button, DID numbers are described as "per call pricing. Speak to us", and CloudAgent Lite's FAQ says "talk to sales". One caveat we owe them: that page carries a footnote reading "*These prices are only valid for North America. For all other regions, please contact us here", so a priced North America page may well exist that we could not reach. Quote-only selling is a legitimate enterprise model, not a scandal — it just means you cannot budget from their India-facing site.
  • Do not compare us on per-minute rates, because only one of us publishes one. Ozonetel's pricing page does state one thing plainly and in their favour: "Plug and Play Cloud Solutions with zero setup costs".

The 60-second verdict

Ozonetel publishes no price we could find for India. On their reachable pricing page (ozonetel.com/pricing-asia/, read 26 Jul 2026) both plan cards — CA LITE and CLOUDAGENT — carry a "Request pricing" button rather than a figure, the page header says "Talk to us for custom pricing", DID numbers are listed as "DID number solutions at per call pricing. Speak to us", and the CloudAgent FAQ says of their small-business tier: "To know more about its pricing plans and features, talk to sales." We downloaded the raw HTML and confirmed by literal string search that the page contains no rupee or dollar amount and no instance of "per user", "per agent", "per month" or "per minute". Their enterprise Voice AI Agents page publishes no rate either; its calls to action are "Schedule Custom Demo" and "Get Free Consultation". Two honest caveats belong here rather than buried: the same pricing page carries the footnote "*These prices are only valid for North America. For all other regions, please contact us here", even though no figure appears on it, and ozonetel.com/pricing/ is listed in their sitemap but returns HTTP 301 to a private internal address that cannot resolve publicly. So a priced page for another region may exist — we are reporting what an Indian buyer can actually see, not claiming Ozonetel never publishes a price anywhere. Quote-only pricing is a normal and legitimate way to sell enterprise contact-centre software. What they do publish about cost is in their favour and worth stating: "Plug and Play Cloud Solutions with zero setup costs", with setup and unlimited support described as free on all plans. Dvaarik works differently in both category and commercial shape. Ozonetel sells the contact-centre platform your agents operate — IVR, ACD, five dialer modes, call recording, quality audits, 300+ parameter dashboards, readymade Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Corefactors and Locobuzz connectors, ISO 27001 certification and a published 99.99% uptime SLA. Dvaarik builds one custom AI agent that holds the conversation for a business that has no agent floor at all, live in days, covering voice, WhatsApp, Instagram, booking and payments, billed at ₹2/min from the very first minute with no subscription, no minimum volume and no lock-in.

These two products are answers to different questions, and forcing a per-minute contest between them would be dishonest — especially since only one side publishes a rate. Choose Ozonetel if you have, or are building, a contact centre with human agents. They have been shipping this since 2007, their CloudAgent FAQ states "Ozonetel is SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliant" and their trust page adds ISO 27001:2013/20000-1:2018 certification, built-in disaster recovery and business continuity, they publish a 99.99% uptime figure backed by a service level agreement, they offer SAML and SCIM access management with role-based access, they run 24x7 support, and their platform does things a one-founder studio simply does not do: predictive dialing across a floor, omnichannel routing, screen recording, automated call audits across hundreds of parameters, and hybrid and private cloud deployments. If procurement needs a vendor who can answer a security questionnaire, sign an SLA and support a team of two hundred agents, that is them and it is not us. Choose Dvaarik if the problem is that nobody is picking up. We are not selling you routing to a floor that does not exist — we build the agent that does the talking: it answers the enquiry at 9pm, calls the ad lead back in about a minute, follows up on WhatsApp from your own number, replies to Instagram DMs, books the slot and takes the deposit. Our claim is terms, not price: ₹2/min from the very first minute, no subscription, no minimum volume, no lock-in, and every figure published on our site before you speak to anyone. Be clear about the trade in both directions. Ozonetel will not quote an Indian buyer without a conversation, but they also state setup costs nothing and support is included. Dvaarik publishes everything, but asks for a ₹10,000 minimum first credit load and the care plan for the first three months, so month one costs real money before a single minute is used. And if you outgrow one custom agent into a genuine multi-site contact centre, an enterprise CCaaS platform is the right destination and we will say so.

Dvaarik AI vs Ozonetel

Feature-by-feature comparison of Dvaarik AI and Ozonetel for Indian businesses
FeatureDvaarik AIOzonetel
What the product actually isOne custom AI agent that holds the conversation itself — inbound answering, speed-to-lead callbacks, WhatsApp, Instagram, booking and payments, built for your business and run with youContact-centre infrastructure your team operates. CloudAgent is described on their own page as "Ozonetel's cloud-native Contact Center as a Software (CCaaS) Platform" combining "multi-channel ACD, intelligent IVR, powerful dialers, quality monitoring, and AI systems". They also sell an enterprise Voice AI Agents product separately (ozonetel.com/cloudagent/ and /voice-ai-agents/, 26 Jul 2026)
Published price₹2/min voice with simple per-minute billing, ₹2 per chat conversation, ₹2,000 per 30 days for the number, ₹40,000 custom build — all published before you talk to anyoneNone we could find for India. Both plan cards show a "Request pricing" button and the page states "Talk to us for custom pricing"; DID numbers are "per call pricing. Speak to us"; CloudAgent Lite's FAQ says "talk to sales". No rupee or dollar amount appears on the page. Fair caveat: it does carry a footnote "*These prices are only valid for North America. For all other regions, please contact us here", so a priced page for another region may exist (ozonetel.com/pricing-asia/, 26 Jul 2026)
Setup fee₹40,000 custom build — free for our 10 founding clients, in return for the care plan's first 3 months at the founding rate and an honest testimonial after go-liveStated as zero, and this is genuinely in their favour: "Plug and Play Cloud Solutions with zero setup costs", with setup and unlimited support described as free on all plans (ozonetel.com/pricing-asia/, 26 Jul 2026)
Who operates it day to dayWe do. The founder scopes, builds, tests and tunes the agent, then runs it with you under the care planYour team does. The platform is built around supervisors and agents — live monitoring, campaign management, dashboards "tracking performance across 300+ parameters", automated call audits. That is the point of a CCaaS platform, and it assumes you have people to staff it (ozonetel.com/cloudagent/, 26 Jul 2026)
Certifications and compliance postureNone published. We are a one-founder studio and will not imply otherwiseSubstantial and clearly ahead of us. Their CloudAgent FAQ states "Ozonetel is SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliant", and their trust page lists HIPAA safeguards, "ISO 27001:2013/20000-1:2018 CERTIFIED", "Built-in disaster recovery & business continuity", SAML and SCIM access management via Azure, GSuite and Okta, and role-based access (ozonetel.com/cloudagent/ and /trust/, 26 Jul 2026)
Uptime commitmentNo published SLA. Credits never expire and at zero balance everything pauses gracefully, but we do not offer an uptime guaranteePublished SLA. Their trust page states "99.99% uptime*" and that "We provide our customers with a service level agreement (SLA)", with the footnote "Uptime SLA varies across regions"; their pricing page separately states "Superior voice quality, 99.9% uptime*, and 100% call logging" (ozonetel.com/trust/ and /pricing-asia/, 26 Jul 2026)
Dialers and call-centre operationsScheduled outbound campaign boards over your own lead lists, included in the care plan. No predictive dialing, no agent floor managementDeep and mature. Predictive, power and preview dialers, "Five Dialer modes with Advanced Retry Configurations", dialer APIs, call blaster, smart routing and ACD, VIP and circle and time-based routing, queue management and fallbacks, screen recording (ozonetel.com/cloudagent/, 26 Jul 2026)
CRM and system integrationWe do the wiring. Your CRM, Google Sheets, internal APIs or custom app are connected during the build, tested before go-live, and retuned under the care planReadymade connectors, which is faster than custom work if you use one of them: Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Corefactors and Locobuzz are listed, plus open APIs. Their Voice AI page also advertises plugging into existing telephony with "No vendor lock-in. No forced migration." Configuration is still your side's job (ozonetel.com, 26 Jul 2026)
How you start payingNo subscription at any point, and the terms are on the page: prepaid credits only — ₹10,000 minimum first load, then top-ups from ₹500, credits never expire, no minimum volume, no lock-inSettled in the quote. We found no statement of billing model, contract length, minimum seats or minimum volume on any reachable Ozonetel page as of 26 Jul 2026. We are recording an absence of published information, not asserting that any particular terms apply
Time to liveLive in days. One agent, scoped and built by the founder, then tuned after launchA programme, not a signup. Their Voice AI Agents page describes parallel setup, deep integration with "CRM, APIs, knowledge base, and ticketing systems", then "Gradual rollout with continuous learning" — "start with high-volume, low-complexity calls, then expand coverage". Their about page separately claims the industry's fastest deployment times (ozonetel.com, 26 Jul 2026)
Languages22+ Indian languages including English, plus code-mixed speech such as HinglishTheir Voice AI Agents page headline states "Across 12+ Languages. At Enterprise Scale." One customer example on the same page describes an agent handling "Hindi and 10+ regional languages" (ozonetel.com/voice-ai-agents/, 26 Jul 2026)
Support organisationPriority founder WhatsApp support under the care plan. One person, fast, but one personA real support organisation. Their pricing page describes setup and unlimited support as free on all plans and refers to "our responsive 24 x 7 customer support"; India toll-free 1800-123-150150 and USA +1-408-440-5445 are published. We cannot match a staffed 24x7 desk (ozonetel.com/pricing-asia/, 26 Jul 2026)

Pick Dvaarik when

Dvaarik is the better choice

  • You have no agent floor. Ozonetel's platform routes calls to people — ACD, queues, dialers, supervisor dashboards. If you are a clinic, salon, gym, showroom or studio with nobody to route to, you need something that answers the call itself, which is what we build.
  • You want to know the price before you talk to anyone. Every Dvaarik figure is published: ₹2/min voice, ₹2 per chat conversation, ₹2,000 per 30 days for the number, ₹40,000 for the build, 18% GST when you load credits. Ozonetel quotes an Indian buyer on request, so budgeting requires a sales conversation first.
  • You want no subscription and no minimum volume. Dvaarik meters at ₹2/min from the very first minute on prepaid credits that never expire. Ozonetel's billing model, contract length and any minimums are not published — they are part of the quote.
  • The build should be somebody else's job. We scope, build, test, wire your CRM or sheets, launch in days and keep tuning. A CCaaS platform is configured by your team or a partner, and assumes someone on your side owns it.
  • You need more than voice in one system. Voice, WhatsApp from your own number with zero Dvaarik markup, Instagram DM and comment automation, slot-locking bookings and payment links mid-conversation, built together rather than integrated together.
  • Your buying size is small. Ozonetel's published positioning is enterprise-shaped — 150+ countries on their about page, and industry pages for NBFC, insurance, fintech, BPO, healthcare, broking and automotive. A five-person business is not who that platform was shaped for, and the sales process will reflect that.
  • You want more Indian language coverage than the 12+ published on their Voice AI page, including the code-mixed Hinglish your customers actually speak.

Pick Ozonetel when

Ozonetel is the better choice

  • You are running an actual contact centre. If you have agents on a floor, Ozonetel is built for exactly that and Dvaarik is not: predictive, power and preview dialers, five dialer modes with advanced retry configurations, smart routing and ACD, VIP and time-based routing, queue management and fallbacks, live call monitoring, screen recording, and supervisor dashboards tracking performance across 300+ parameters. There is no honest version of this comparison where a one-founder studio matches that operations stack.
  • Compliance and security will be audited. Their CloudAgent FAQ states they are SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and HIPAA compliant, and their trust page publishes ISO 27001:2013/20000-1:2018 certification, built-in disaster recovery and business continuity, SAML and SCIM access management via Azure, GSuite or Okta, and role-based access. Dvaarik publishes none of that. If your procurement or infosec team sends a security questionnaire, Ozonetel can answer it and we cannot.
  • You need a contractual uptime guarantee. Their trust page publishes 99.99% uptime and states they provide customers with a service level agreement, with the honest caveat that the SLA varies across regions. Dvaarik offers no SLA. For a bank, an insurer or a BPO where downtime is a contractual breach, that difference decides the purchase on its own.
  • You need 24x7 support from an organisation, not a person. Their pricing page describes unlimited support on all plans and responsive 24 x 7 customer support, with an India toll-free line and a US line published. Dvaarik's support is the founder on WhatsApp — fast, but one human being with a sleep schedule.
  • Setup genuinely costs nothing with them. Their pricing page states "Plug and Play Cloud Solutions with zero setup costs", with setup and support free on all plans. Dvaarik's custom build lists at ₹40,000, free only for our 10 founding clients and only in return for the first three months of the care plan and a testimonial. On day-one cash for setup alone, they win.
  • You are deploying across multiple sites, regions or entities. They have run this since 2007, publish 150+ countries on their about page, and state that "Customised Hybrid and Private Cloud solutions also available". Multi-site rollouts, regional SLAs and private infrastructure are real capabilities we do not have.
  • You already run Zoho, Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot or LeadSquared and want a readymade connector rather than a custom integration. Their CTI integrations are prebuilt and documented, and their Voice AI page advertises plugging into existing telephony with no forced migration. If you are on one of those stacks, that is faster and lower-risk than a bespoke build.
  • Procurement prefers a large, established vendor. A company operating since 2007 with named enterprise customers, an SLA, certifications and a formal quotation process is easier to get through a purchasing committee than a new studio. That is a legitimate reason to choose them and we will not argue with it.

Frequently asked

Questions about Dvaarik vs Ozonetel

How much does Ozonetel cost?

+
Ozonetel does not publish a price for India. On their reachable pricing page (ozonetel.com/pricing-asia/, read 26 Jul 2026) both plan cards — CA LITE and CLOUDAGENT — show a "Request pricing" button instead of an amount, the page states "Talk to us for custom pricing", DID numbers are described as "per call pricing. Speak to us", and the CloudAgent FAQ says of CloudAgent Lite: "To know more about its pricing plans and features, talk to sales." We downloaded the raw page and confirmed there is no rupee or dollar amount on it, and their enterprise Voice AI Agents page publishes no rate either. Two caveats in fairness to them: the pricing page carries a footnote saying prices shown are valid only for North America, and ozonetel.com/pricing/ is in their sitemap but currently redirects to an unreachable internal address — so a priced page for another region may exist that we could not see. Quote-only pricing is a normal way to sell enterprise contact-centre software and we report it neutrally. The one cost statement they do publish is in their favour: setup costs nothing, described as "Plug and Play Cloud Solutions with zero setup costs", with support included on all plans. For comparison, Dvaarik publishes everything: ₹2/min voice, ₹2 per chat conversation, ₹2,000 per 30 days for the number, ₹40,000 for the custom build, and 18% GST added when you load credits.

Is Ozonetel the same thing as an AI receptionist?

+
Not by default, no. Ozonetel's core product, CloudAgent, is described on their own site as a "cloud-native Contact Center as a Software (CCaaS) Platform" combining multi-channel ACD, intelligent IVR, powerful dialers, quality monitoring and AI systems. That is telephony and call-centre infrastructure — it routes calls to your human agents and gives supervisors the tools to run them. Their CA LITE tier is described as "A virtual receptionist to manage & route your calls", which in that context means an auto attendant with extension dialling and missed-call alerts rather than an AI that holds a conversation. They do sell a separate enterprise Voice AI Agents product that genuinely does converse, deployed through a custom programme with a consultation and a phased rollout. Dvaarik's whole product is the conversational agent: it answers, understands, qualifies, books and follows up, with no agent floor behind it.

Is Ozonetel suitable for a small business?

+
Their CA LITE tier is explicitly positioned "For Small & Growing Businesses", and CloudAgent Lite is described as a virtual business phone system for small businesses, so they do serve that segment. What a small buyer should expect is a sales conversation rather than a signup — every route to a price on their India-facing site is "Request pricing", "talk to sales" or a callback form, and the form promises a call back in 15 minutes. Their published positioning also leans enterprise: their about page cites 150+ countries and operation since 2007, and their industry pages are NBFC, insurance, fintech, BPO, healthcare, broking, real estate and automotive. That is a strength if you are one of those and a mismatch if you are a three-person clinic. All read 26 Jul 2026.

How many languages does Ozonetel's voice AI support?

+
Their Voice AI Agents page headline states "Agentic Voice AI ... Across 12+ Languages. At Enterprise Scale.", read 26 Jul 2026. One customer example on the same page describes a deployment handling "Hindi and 10+ regional languages" with real-time backend integration — that is a description of a specific custom build, not a general platform figure, so we quote it as such. Dvaarik covers 22+ Indian languages including English, plus the code-mixed Hinglish and Tanglish speech customers actually use on the phone.

What does Ozonetel do better than Dvaarik?

+
Several things, plainly. They have operated since 2007. Their CloudAgent FAQ states they are SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and HIPAA compliant, and their trust page publishes ISO 27001:2013/20000-1:2018 certification, built-in disaster recovery and business continuity, SAML and SCIM single sign-on and role-based access — none of which Dvaarik has. They publish 99.99% uptime with a service level agreement, with the honest caveat that it varies by region; we offer no SLA. They run 24x7 support with an India toll-free line, where Dvaarik's support is one founder on WhatsApp. Their platform does real contact-centre work we do not attempt: predictive, power and preview dialers, omnichannel routing, screen recording, automated call audits and supervisor dashboards across 300+ parameters. They offer readymade CRM connectors for Zoho, Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot and LeadSquared, and customised hybrid or private cloud deployment for multi-site organisations. And their setup costs nothing, where our custom build lists at ₹40,000. If you are running a contact centre, they are the right category of vendor and we will say so.

Which should I choose for my business?

+
Ask yourself who answers the call. If the answer is a team of human agents you need to route to, monitor and report on, choose Ozonetel — that is what a CCaaS platform is for, and their certifications, SLA, dialers and 24x7 support are advantages a small studio cannot match. If the answer is nobody, and the enquiry at 9pm just rings out, that is what Dvaarik builds: one custom AI agent that answers, calls your ad leads back in about 60 seconds, follows up on WhatsApp from your own number, replies to Instagram DMs, books the slot and takes the deposit. Our claim is terms, not price: ₹2/min from the very first minute, no subscription, no minimum volume, no lock-in, and every number published before you speak to us. Be honest about the cash too — we ask for a ₹10,000 minimum first credit load and the care plan for the first three months. Tell us your problem on WhatsApp at +91 93923 98750, or try the live agent at app.dvaarik.com/dvaarik-ai first.
