If you searched Tata Smartflo pricing, read this first
Tata Tele Business Services is a Tata Group telecom operator, and Smartflo is its cloud communication suite — CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, OBD, WhatsApp Business Platform and Smartflo AI. Unusually for this market, they publish a real rate card on the Smartflo CCaaS page rather than routing everything to a quote. What that rate card prices is seats and lines: ₹950 to ₹1,250 per licence per month, or ₹1,100 to ₹1,200 per concurrency per month, on top of a one-time cost of ₹5,000 to ₹20,000, with Smartflo Lite carrying a minimum 3-month tenure (read 26 Jul 2026). Dvaarik prices something else entirely — minutes of conversation an AI agent holds on your behalf. Before comparing numbers, work out which of the two you are actually buying, because ₹950 a seat and ₹2 a minute are not two prices for the same product.
- Choose Smartflo if you have people to seat: agents on shift who need numbers, DIDs, IVR, routing, recording and CRM integration from a licensed operator.
- Choose Dvaarik if you have nobody to seat: you want calls answered, leads called back and bookings taken without hiring, and you would rather pay per minute than per licence.
- Smartflo AI is the part of their suite closest to what Dvaarik does — chatbots, smart IVR, agentic AI. That page publishes no price; every button is a call-back form or a brochure.
- Compare on total monthly outlay for your real call volume and headcount, not on headline rate: licences bill whether or not the phone rings, minutes only bill when it does.
The 60-second verdict
Tata Tele Business Services does publish prices, which is worth saying plainly because most of this market does not: on its Smartflo CCaaS page, read 26 Jul 2026, Smartflo Lite is ₹950 per licence per month with a ₹5,000 one-time cost, Smartflo Pro ₹1,250 per licence per month, Smartflo ITS ₹1,000 per licence per month, Smartflo OBD Unlimited ₹1,200 per concurrency per month, Voice Streaming Unlimited ₹1,100 per concurrency per month, and the two usage-based SKUs carry a ₹20,000 one-time cost plus a monthly platform fee listed as ₹25,000, ₹1,00,000 or ₹5,00,000. The more useful point, though, is that Smartflo and Dvaarik are not the same category, and the two prices are not two versions of the same thing. Smartflo is cloud telephony and contact-centre software — numbers, a DID per agent, multi-level IVR, intelligent routing, call recording, CRM integration, reporting — infrastructure your own team logs into and staffs, from a Tata Group telecom operator that also sells the connectivity underneath it. Dvaarik sells no licences and no seats. We build one custom AI agent that holds the conversation itself: it answers inbound calls 24/7, calls your ad leads back within about 60 seconds, follows up on WhatsApp, books slots and takes payments, in 22+ Indian languages including code-mixed Hinglish, Tenglish and Tanglish. Usage comes off prepaid credits at ₹2/min with simple per-minute billing, no subscription, no minimum volume and no lock-in. Their Smartflo AI suite is the nearest thing they sell to what we build — multichannel chatbot, smart IVR with voice-intent routing in 10+ languages, agentic AI, call-quality auditing — and as of 26 Jul 2026 that page publishes no price at all, so we cannot compare the two on price even if we wanted to.
Pick Tata Tele Smartflo if you have a floor to staff. Once you have agents on shift across one or more sites, per-licence pricing from a licensed operator that also supplies your numbers, trunks, internet and security under one contract is a genuinely strong position, and a Tata Group entity with a published rate card and 24/7 technical support clears an enterprise procurement review that a one-founder studio will not. Pick Dvaarik if you have nobody to seat — if the honest problem is that calls go unanswered after 7pm and ad leads go cold, and you want an AI agent built and running in days, billed at ₹2/min only when it actually talks to someone.

| Billing unit | Per minute of conversation, with simple per-minute billing. No licences, no seats, no concurrency | Per licence per month or per concurrency per month, plus a one-time cost. The two usage-based SKUs add a monthly platform fee of ₹25,000 / ₹1,00,000 / ₹5,00,000 |
| Entry cost | ₹40,000 custom build — free for our 10 founding clients, in return for the Care Plan's first 3 months at the founding rate and an honest case study. First credit load ₹10,000 | Smartflo Lite: ₹950 per licence per month with a ₹5,000 one-time cost. Their FAQ adds there is no separate monthly SKU and a minimum 3-month tenure, so ₹2,850 per licence (₹950 × 3) is payable at sign-up, with the ₹5,000 one-time cost applying separately (read 26 Jul 2026) |
| Ongoing commitment | None. Credits never expire; top-ups from ₹500; at zero balance everything pauses gracefully | Monthly rental per licence or per concurrency, billed whether or not the phone rings. Smartflo Lite carries a minimum 3-month tenure |

| Included calling | No bundled minutes — you pay ₹2/min for what is actually used | Five of the seven plans state unlimited calling within India, subject to their fair usage policy of 5,000 minutes per user per month, pooled |
| Scale and infrastructure | A one-founder studio. Not a licensed telecom operator and owns no network | A Tata Group telecom operator that also sells the connectivity layer as separate products — SIP trunks, PRI lines, toll-free numbers, leased lines, MPLS VPN, SD-WAN — with city-specific Smartflo CCaaS pages for Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Jaipur, Raipur and Ghaziabad |
| Support organisation | Priority founder WhatsApp support under the Care Plan (₹12,000/mo list, ₹5,000/mo founding rate) | Their CCaaS FAQ states 24/7 technical support; toll-free 1800 266 1800, plus live chat on 1800 410 1800, Mon–Fri 10am–6pm |
| Breadth of contract | One thing: the AI agent and the channels it works across | Leased lines, MPLS VPN, SD-WAN, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, WhatsApp Business Platform, enterprise RCS, SMS and email are all separate products they sell and can sit on one account |
| Indian languages | 22+ Indian languages including code-mixed Hinglish, Tenglish and Tanglish, for the whole conversation | Smartflo AI lists smart IVR voice-intent routing in 10+ languages. No language count is published for its agentic AI, so their full range may be wider than that figure |
| How you buy | WhatsApp the founder, get a plan and a price in a day, live in days | Enquire Now / Request a Call Back forms with OTP verification. Their FAQ: "Contact Tata Tele Business Services to schedule a demo and implementation" — no self-serve checkout is published |
Pick Dvaarik when
Dvaarik is the better choice
- You have nobody to seat. Every Smartflo plan on the published card prices a licence, a user or a concurrency — it assumes a person is on the other end of it. If the whole point is that no one is available to pick up, you are paying for empty chairs.
- You want the AI to hold the conversation, not just route it to a human. Smartflo AI adds smart IVR and chatbots in front of your agents; Dvaarik's agent is the one having the call, start to finish.
- Your call volume is uneven. A shop that gets forty calls in a good week and eight in a slow one pays ₹2/min on Dvaarik for exactly what happened, with no monthly rental running in the background.
- Speed-to-lead is the actual problem. Dvaarik calls your own ad enquiries back within about 60 seconds, follows up on WhatsApp, and books the slot — the agent is built around that outcome rather than around a routing tree.
- You need a price for the AI piece without a sales conversation. Smartflo AI, the closest product to ours, published no price on 26 Jul 2026 and routes every CTA to a call-back form or a brochure download.
- You want it live in days. The founder builds, tests and tunes your agent personally, rather than scheduling an implementation.
Pick Tata Tele Business Services (Smartflo) when
Tata Tele Business Services (Smartflo) is the better choice
- You are running a staffed contact centre. Smartflo CCaaS is purpose-built for a floor of agents — a DID per agent, multi-level IVR, intelligent routing, call-quality monitoring, agent performance reporting, supervisor tooling and a softphone. Dvaarik has none of that, because Dvaarik has no agent desktop. If your problem is running fifteen or fifty people well, they solve it and we do not.
- You need the telephony layer itself, from a licensed operator. Tata Tele Business Services is a telecom operator within the Tata Group, and SIP trunks, PRI lines, toll-free services, 1600-series numbers and DIDs are all products it sells in its own right. Dvaarik is not an operator and owns no network infrastructure. If you want the carrier and the software from the same accountable party, that is a real advantage a small studio cannot match.
- Procurement and vendor risk matter more than speed. A Tata Group entity with a published rate card, formal contracting, published case studies (Fashnear Technologies, a leading private sector bank, an electronics retail major), the enterprise-grade security and regulatory compliance stated on their own page, and 24/7 technical support per their FAQ will clear a corporate vendor review. A one-founder studio will struggle to, and it is fair for a risk committee to say so.
- High-volume human calling is cheaper per minute on their model. Five of their seven plans state unlimited calling within India subject to a fair usage policy of 5,000 minutes per user per month, pooled. A busy staffed team burning tens of thousands of minutes will do better on a flat per-licence rental than on any per-minute rate, including ours.
- You want one vendor and one account manager for everything. Internet leased lines, MPLS VPN, SD-WAN, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, WhatsApp Business Platform, enterprise RCS, SMS and email are all separate products on the same TTBS estate and can sit on one contract. Dvaarik does one thing and will never be your connectivity provider.
- They let you budget before you talk to anyone. Seven priced SKUs, the one-time cost, the fair usage footnote and the Smartflo Lite minimum tenure are all published on the page, and they run city-specific Smartflo CCaaS pages carrying the same card for nine Indian cities. Most vendors in this market, including several we have checked, publish nothing at all. That transparency is a genuine reason to trust them.
